So, my Mom just had her 65th birthday on the 6th. I wanted to something simple but special before we took her to dinner. So I went to Party City at 11am and bought her some balloons ! a Big 6 5 and the accompanying balloons. But around 1pm I saw the 6 and 5 balloon were deflating. I was frustrated wondering why!! I had a feeling my Mom was going to be home early. So I was a bit frazzled. I called up to party city & talked to Chris, who had initially helped me. He told me to come back & they would get me brand new balloons. I told him I wasn't sure if i could come but I ended up getting the time. When I went back, he was already blowing up the balloons for me & helped me get new balloons, explained to me what could have happened & covered them to keep them from the elements (it was pouring raining!) I appreciate you Chris! You saved the day!

I got my daughter a number bouquet and was charged for the pumps that made the helium last longer, and they didn't put it in. I'd just make sure I'd watch them do the balloons I'd you're getting them done here.

I came here to buy some birthday balloons for two of my friends. The next day one the balloons hit a cactus ( ). The wonderful staff members were able to replace the balloon. I'm super happy I didn't present my friend with a saggy birthday balloon.
