Grooming department sucks at this one. Do not come here. Groomers are robots with no emotions. Not personable and wouldn’t trust my dog with these people. Go to the one in Hawthorne. Atleast they attempt to act like they care.

We come here regularly, it's generally clean and when an extra cashier is needed another one comes. It's sort of small, but we get Authority brand pet food. They have the 20lb cat food bags for multiple ages, so that's nice.

Overall Petsmart in general don't have everything on my list... this time it was the Arm n Hammer lightweight kitty litter. But they had everything else which was quite a bit! The employees at ALL of them are very professional! I really appreciate that! So many people don't realize that your employees ARE your business!!! If they aren't up to par - your business pays for it immensely!!! So I was mostly happy at this one!!!

WARNING BLOODY PICTURE !
THEY CUT MY DOGS EARS Don’t ever take your dog to get groomed here . This happened on January 17 , I went twice to complain and they said ITS NORMAL and they were going to talk to corporate & its taking them a long time to get back to us. It’s March 5th and I haven’t heard anything . The second pic is him sad , he was not acting the same had to take him to the vet

I always come here to buy my dogs food, but this time I had gone to get some information on hamsters and chameleons. I was considering buying one but wanted to get an idea of what kind of maintenance they require. I came across a worker named Edith and she was extremely helpful. She was cleaning the animals cages and you can tell she really cares about them. Edith was very nice and knowledgeable.
