Today I came in to cash my check and it was a bit busy today. But even so I was helped by not one but two lovely associates. Karen and Kelly both took good care of me and for that I say thank you.

I went there for the first time to cash some checks and even though there didn’t seem like many workers the one who attended me her name was Karen. She got in and out in no time flat and I greatly appreciate that. In the future I will for sure come back and cash another. Thanks again for the great service

Went there to cash a check today and even though it wasn’t super busy. The person who helped me was named Karen. She was amazing and helped me so easily. I was in and out in no time. I will come again for sure! If I do I’m definitely going to ask for her help again thank you again

As I entered the location I was welcomed and helped by Karen. Not only did she attend me quickly and most efficiently. She took care of everything I needed and more in a flash! Thank you for the wonderful service. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back again.

Giving a shout out to Evelyn cashier at PLS Compton at Atlantic Blvd location. With it being busy and long lines at the beginning of the new year she was super patient and very helpful with me. Props for repping PLS well

My land lord lost the money order for my rent. They charged us $30 just to report it lost. And now they said that to cash it. It's going to be another 39. A check that literally will come from them. They still charge!
They were so busy saying bye to each other and joking around. They didn't try at all to accommodate nor pay attention. CARLA the supervisor was very unconcerned! Didn't give a damn. Even when I said I was going to do a bad review and that I would use my bamk from now on. She just said " ok" and walked away!
Horrible customer service! Except the guy cashing it. He even was more concerned then her.
I would rather pay 5 bucks at my bank then have be robbed by this company!!!!!!! Might be free money orders but now we all know how they jack us!
