Ralphs Corporate Office is a business that receives mixed reviews from customers and employees alike. Customers appreciate the store’s efforts to offer discounted items, especially produce on the expiration date, which helps those in need. Many shoppers enjoy the store’s variety, finding the fruit fresh and the bread in good condition. Staff members like the produce manager and cashiers are praised for their friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable service, making shopping a pleasant experience. The store’s sales are valued by families and individuals looking for deals, particularly for charitable purposes, such as feeding the homeless community. However, some concerns are raised about product quality, with reports of almost rotten produce being sold to reduce shrinkage, which is seen as unacceptable by some shoppers. Delivery drivers also share experiences about navigating tight spaces and busy loading zones, emphasizing the importance of being cautious and courteous to avoid damage or accidents. Employees mention challenges related to transportation, especially when transferred to stores located on hilly areas or far from their homes, which can cause physical strain, financial hardship, and burnout. One employee highlighted the difficulty of commuting without reliable transportation, facing issues like flat tires and limited bus options, which impact their well-being and wages. Overall, Ralphs Corporate Office is recognized for its good customer service and helpful staff, with some concerns about product quality and employee working conditions. The company’s efforts in providing discounts and friendly service are appreciated, but there are opportunities for improvement in product quality control and employee support.
I was at the market 11727 Olympic Blvd There is a cashier on #q12 who refused to wait on me. She knows I am disabled and can hardly stand. I complained about her before and no one did anything about it

We have a Ralph's store on 1233 n labrea and they power wash their loading docks late at night after 11pm when people are asleep! Who on earth would schedule that? Maybe i should find out where these managers live and make loud noise while they're asleep. This is ridiculous!
