The docks are incredibly tight and no way to back in if the trucks next to you don’t disconnect but the worst is the waiting times, don’t come to this place if you don’t want to waste your whole day

As usual. Normal unload time. Half a trailer took nearly five and a half hours. It's to be expected, after all it is Kroger.

Reviews are accurate. This is the tightest place I think I've ever seen. No rookie backers here. You absolutely have to have the truck next to you unhook and move. It's impossible otherwise. Or if you're not sure or not completely confident, the hostlers will put it in the door for you if you ask. I seen them do it for 3 drivers. Everyone was super nice. In and out in 2.5 hours. Not horrible.

They have always been nice, they do take a bit, but its a grocery warehouse. The 400 numbered slots are really the bad part. It's just too tight for modern trucks. They really need to utilize a yard truck, and have drivers wait elsewhere. Most of the time you will have to ask the truck on your left to disconnect so you can get in or out.

They get you a door right away but if your new to driving it's going to be a really tough backing just another reason sleeper cabs shouldn't go into Los Angeles.. they also took like 5-6 hours to unload 2 pallets and there were 4 employees outside when I showed up and they were still out there when I left.

Worst place for backing into docks..it would be better if they ask drivers to unhook and park somewhere else..

Worst Docks ever. As others have said you have to ask the truck next to you to unhook to get in or out of a dock. Unload time wasn't to bad but then you have to wait what seems like forever to get your paperwork. Sat so long waiting on papers that I missed my next load.

While the backing is extremely tight the people here are very nice. Even the yard dogs. 300 side isn't bad, 400 side, good luck. Gate crew during the day is nice just don't show up more than an hour early or you'll have to park on the street. A western distri truck was broke down on the door next to mine so a really nice yard dog came up offered to back it in for me due to the broke down truck making it almost impossible to back in. Just make sure you don't have anything line up after this drop because you're going to be here a while. No overnight parking. On site parking only when you're waiting on a door.

Probably one of the worst receivers I've ever been to. Get ready to sit for more than 3 hours. You can only check in an hour before your appointment time. Otherwise they make you park in the street and wait. If there's even parking in the street. Parking at the dock is really tight. You're going to have to line yourself up and most likely ask the guys next to your door to disconnect from their trailer so you can get in. Same thing with exiting. I only had three pallets on my trailer and it took them over 3 hours to offload me. Paid $100 for a lumper. Ridiculous amount if you take 3 hours to get off three pallets. They'll call you when your paperwork is ready but you're going to be sitting for a while. And the little lady in the receiving office is about as rude as they come. So get your game face on cuz you're probably going to have to argue with her.

You can easily spend 11hrs+ at this place. Docks not meant for 53ft trailers, but doable if you have experience in tight spaces and only if you ask the driver to your left to unhook. Guards hate their lives and it shows. Lumpers charge a ridiculous amount. No thank you. Not even charging a premium is this place worth the headache.

Real tight docks. You have to ask the truck next to you to move to get in or out of the dock. You are constantly getting asked to move. On average you spend 5-8 hours here. Bring food and waterRestrooms are not that greatParking is limited don’t show up more than an hour earlyLumpers are expensive here
