Saddlemen Seats & Components

Hours: Saddlemen Seats & Components is an American company that has been making motorcycle seats and luggage since 1987. Known as the "Gel Seat Experts," they focus on improving comfort, control, and the overall riding experience for motorcyclists. The company prides itself on quality products and excellent customer service, with staff like Dylan and Brandon being praised for their helpful and friendly approach. Customers often find Saddlemen seats to be top-notch in quality and comfort, with some noting that heated features for both rider and passenger are especially useful on cold mornings. However, there are some mixed experiences; a few customers mentioned that certain seats needed altering to fit properly or were not comfortable for taller riders, especially on touring bikes. One customer expressed disappointment with a seat that was not comfortable even after breaking in, though Saddlemen's team responded promptly, offering a full refund and covering return shipping. There was also a report of a delayed order, with over three months passing without delivery or updates, which was unusual for the company. Overall, Saddlemen is known for making quality seats and providing attentive customer support, making it a popular choice for riders seeking to enhance their motorcycle experience.
