They welcome customers, ask about their shopping experience, and are nice enough to assist with specific items and hold purchases. They inform customers about products and remind them about rewards like points on the app. Overall, it is a great store with a helpful and welcoming atmosphere.
Baltazar assisted me in store. He had great customer service. He informed me about products in the store. When I made my purchase he reminded me I can get point by scanning my Sheikh app.
