Less than a year ago I bought an XL rooftop tent. The straps that go over the cover have become frayed due to the wind while driving. Spoke with Ricardo at Smittybilt and he said he will get them out today and I will have the new ones tomorrow. Very pleased at the easy process. I will update this review after the straps...
