I had VT. matcha latte with soy milk, light ice and Trenta strawberry acai Ref.I asked for light Ice for to go.Staff give me 80% ice of cup.I could recognize after I drink.Of course I went to back to complain.Staff give me attitude and say that I should bring that drink without drunk.That is ridiculous.She just gave me tall size of my drink and said that just filled my original drink.Wow~ what is convenient with her.Also I asked drink was soy milk.Staff told me I shouldn't yell.But I didn't yell no one.What kind of service.I never had this experience at Starbucks.

This location is slow, but the worst part is there inventory management. I don’t think I have ever had an order on the app where at least one item was not out of stock.

I ordered a Venti Caramel Brulee Latte and it tasted like a white hot chocolate. When I called and explained to the person in charge that my drink was wrong, she insisted that I stated the wrong thing. I don't understand how Caramel Brulee Latte = Milk with White Chocolate Mocha syrup. When I went back to get my replacement I waited 20 minutes for them to give me my drink that they messed up. To make matters worse, there were people there who had already been waiting for their own orders, and by the time I walked out the door they were still waiting for their drinks. I understand that the holiday drinks make it crazy busy, but maybe you should have more experienced employees working at this store instead of a bunch of people who don't even care about their customers. Absolutely terrible. Worst Starbucks I've been to in a few years!

Literally one of the worst Starbucks I've ever had been too.Timers are all off which means they're not cleanly and nothing is fresh.Coffee is blinking which means they should be brewing new but instead serve people expired coffee.Messy food area which makes everything unappetizing.Last but most importantly is THEY'RE NOT FRIENDLY.No greeting no hello. I mean I see y'all are a busy Starbucks drive thru but sheeesh pay attention to the guest instead the store.I also don't understand why it takes 10 mins for a latte in store but 4 mins in drive thru.Elizabeth was cool, she was mostly helping us thru the entire transaction but won't ever come here again, very unsanitary

They don't really care about walk in customers. They prioritize drive thru & mobile orders. If you have all day come here if not I suggest going somewhere else.

I have received great service on some occasions. It depends who is working the evening/day. They always have the music so loud. It’s inconsiderate of the customers who go drink coffee and read a book. After asking for the volume to be turned there was nothing done. I usually go in for just coffee, but had some time so I wanted to relax but it was not possible. Besides the annoying atmosphere, I do appreciate the employees that go out of their way to greet me by my name and say goodbye. Thank you.

Just waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. Mind you there was one car in front of us. There seemed be some issues with the order of the car in front of us. A back and forth ensued with the driver and cashier... for nearly 10 minutes. Common sense would be to move that car to the lot while they figure things out to keep the line moving. When we finally got to the window we told the girl "that took a long time". No acknowledgment. No apology. Just charged us and gave us our order. Which she had done the same to the driver in front of us and given us back 10 minutes of our lives we will never have back. Poor customer service. They need someone working the drive thru window with common sense and customer service conflict resolution skills. Not someone who won't acknowledge a customer.

Not happy at all. It was our 2nd time at this location and both times speed of service was horrible. We were in drive thru about 18 minutes. Definitely not going back to this

Every day, this Starbucks location gets worse and worse. Dont come here if you value your time or are on your way to work. Orders are never ready at given time on the app. And they're always late with orders for more than 10 minutes ! Ordering ahead defeats the whole purpose as this location ALWAYS makes me late more than 15 minutes late to work !!! It's ridiculous! And the customer service, they won't even acknowledge you while you stand there attempting to ask a question about your order. It's like you don't exist unless you get rude.

Went to get 3 grande Caramel fraps and 90% of it was literally water. Didn’t taste like milk and had very little caramel. If I wanted water I could have asked for 3 water cups. I was very disappointed to say the least. Never again at this location. Don’t waste your money here people.

My review is based on my recent experience and does not reflect overall customer experiences. I give a five star rating today because I noticed from all the times I've ordered in-store, Gus, an employee, is always operating at more-than-professional pace. The whole crew was working well, from the 1:30pm onward shift, but he stood out the most because he was moving exceptionally faster. Just wanted to let others know he can be counted on.There was a small piece of fruit in my drink. (I learned about it upon asking what it was) And I was totally fine with drinking it that way, but they discarded that drink and gave me a new one. To me that was professionalism, and I appreciated that.
