Let me just start this review off by saying how awesome and helpful Isaac was. Incredibly fast, very informative and a great multitasker. He was all about providing not just us but every customer that walked in superior customer service. He was very friendly and made us feel extremely welcomed. Most importantly he took care of our accounts and got us all setup. Thanks Isaac for your great service and help.

I should've known better before going to a T-Mobile in Compton, I can handle the ghetto. But the rudeness & unprofessionalism of a manager is not something a T-Mobile store should have.I walked in here with a broken phone, wanted information on many ways I can walk out of there with a new phone at the best of my convenience but this guy was to busy flirting with his current customer "here's my instagram maybe I can take you to eat or something"There was a new girl employee that obviously had no idea on what she was doing she would go ask this manager and he only didn't wanna help us but he also didn't want to help her. When he finally came over to us the unprofessionalism showed, he was using profanity in Spanish. Didn't even bother to discuss different ways of helping us, his answer was "You should go to Verizon"I've never been so frustrated & disgusted with someone in a mobile store. This guy should NOT have any type of tittle & the end he didn't even help us with our questions. I had to call Apple and they helped in less than 4 minutes with information that could've been given by someone at that store.
