Cheap.Big Bertha 7 to 8 loads in a huge washing machine$7.00. 8.00 for extra rinse and deep wash. Machines vary by size of drum and price. 2.50 3.00 3.50 and 5.00Drying is 25 cents for 12 minutes . High heat .

I had two king sized bedspreads that didn't fit in my washer. I called The Laundry Place . They picked up spreads next day and delivered promptly the next day. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend for all laundry needs. Definitely will use them again.

In less than a month, the owner of the laundry room raised the exaggerated price twice in my opinion because in addition to raising it, he lowered the temperature and lowered the minutes of terrible service. The truth is that apart from the bathroom, it stinks of sewage, there is no paper or soap. nor seat cover. I've been a customer there for 20 years but the truth is I won't go back.

As the previous review states, employees are rude and don't like you coming in after 7:30 pm to wash. Consider a 24hr laundry place to save yourself the headache if you're going to wash after 7:30 pm. They are unprofessional and negative talk about the customer. Customer service is essential for a thriving business and to bring back customers for the exceptional customer service provided. After this incident I will choose other locations, and I hope the one reading this will too.

The woman yelled at me when I came in at 9pm to do one wash. It was a quilt so there was no need to dry but she told me you can't wash after 8:30p. So then the place needs to change their hours. They aren't open until 10pm

Worker ladies very unprofessional and negative talk about other ppl washing there all they did was gossip negativity about everyone they were washing and took over mostly all the big dryers and washers lack of professionalism most washers did not ring the water out right and my clothes was left soaking wet worker ladies were being extremely loud this is not a family laundromat I felt uncomfortable being here it was my first time here and definitely will not be coming back lots of cussing in Spanish it was more like a hen house out of control it's like the washers and dryers are for them only and not the customers very sad

It's a clean place, the only thing there is never coffee, the lady with glasses always says there isn't any, that's the only bad thing about it, everything is very good.

Rude customer service, owner looks like a cool dude. Employee not so much very unprofessional and rude, I sent a email about Employee on May 15 night shift around 830pm. Owner and place is good been coming here for years recent update is excellent but this one Employee is really unprofessional and rude. Sad to say after this being my go to spot for years this encounter will make me choose another place to do my laundry. Again I have nothing against this place or owner just the unprofessionalism of the Employee.
