We were given a faulty trailer as one of the tires had it's belt broken and we had to get it replaced after we drove on it for 1000 miles. We are lucky we didn't get a blowout, but that tire never should have been on that trailer considering we were traveling cross-country. Additionally, the trailer was extremely dirty and it ruined a few bags that were on the floor. The staff at this location was not friendly at all.

Ivan & Tim were AWESOME! Great customer service, very professional and extremely courteous as well. My mother has been through so much and this move/trip wasn't easy for her however Ivan & Tim were very understanding and empathetic. Tim & Ivan made her transaction and arrival one of the easiest parts of her trip, and we are truly grateful for their professionalism.

Every single time I rent from this location I have the worst experience imaginable. I hate that it’s close to my house because it’s such a convenient location but I have never had a good experience. There is never anyone inside the location. Imagine walking into a business but there is not any employees to be found. So I wait along with other customers waiting for someone to just stroll in with no urgency, no apologies, nothing!!! The employees needs customer service training, there needs to be better management of the location. I called the manager before after my first terrible experience and he never called me back. As a Carson resident this is just disappointing. We deserve better.

U-haul offers the best affordable prices. Their associates are friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable on storage and moving needs.

Very friendly staff, Dealt with multiple staff members over a couple day period taking and returning u-boxes. The service i received Was prompt and courteous. The fork lift diver was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend this U-haul.
