They always backed up average 3 trucks in 8 hrs. When you get here they start to unload a container to then load you with the product. There is a bathroom in waiting area but truckers are not allowed to use. At the end another half hour to figure out the weight they don't know nothing. Before I new it another half hour for forgotten pallets.

The venue is large, parking is convenient, and a lot of hard work was done by Mr. Mo, but it took 2 and a half hours to load. I arrived at 9:45 and made a reservation at 10 a.m. I was told that lunch time was from 10 to 11 a.m. After I found the office, Start installing at 10:40 and leave at 12:30, work efficiency needs to be improved! The procedures for handling cargo orders are cumbersome.

At check in point the lady is helping, “above and beyond” but second customer service (they have a two driver check in point, they call it customer service) working slow and so slow. Which is don’t care about drivers time. Got paperwork that says 56k pounds and asked that’s true or not. She left me to figure out and back after 30 minutes. Place is clean and employees are friendly. Only thing is they don’t care about drivers time. Only by appointment. Make sure you have a food and ELD time

All security ladies are really nice, they know their job very good. Is always a pleasure to pick up live loads here. The guys in the shipping office are really nice too, are very kind. Like the guys driving goat trucks are very helpful.

People are great Tight parking and they help you all along the way. Best place to load in CA. Live loads start at 8am don’t get there early won’t let in the gate. You will have to park out front on right before the guard shack

Tucked in off hwy don't miss the turn it sneaks up on you fast my codriver passed it 2 times made us 15 minutes late and we had to wait till following day to pick up load where they had 3 trailers on each side of the loading dock so my co driver had a heck of a time backing down an ally of trailers lol

I would like to give this place a negative point if I could, worst management, waiting for 7 hours, told us there is nothing for us, and they have to reschedule the appointment. No arrangement at all. Will never pick up here.

Confusing to get in but easy to leave and get back on the interstate. Loved the miles on the trip.

My GPS wanted to send me on different roads. I am glad iblooked very carefully for the correct building. I 710 go west. East Del Amo Blvd is no trucks but you can go west. Get in and stay in the far left lane. The driveway is between a via duct bridge and a train bridge. The left lane becomes a left only turn lane and you want that lane. Don't go under the bridge because you went too far. Be prepared for a very tight area!! Bring your backing skills!!!
