This post office has poor customer service employees hate to work literally waited about 15 minutes on the phone to speak with a representative just so they can hang up on me and I have to call back and set another 15 minutes to figure out what’s going on with my package that stays delivered and it’s missing.

I have the app that tells you when you're mail is coming, went for a week straight ¬hing. Everyday I went,it was someone saying they dnt get their mail. I dnt understand that. I told the lady with the fingerwave to ask the carrier to hold my mail&still nothing,

I really wish I could give this place zero stars. The staff here are terrible. I went in to send a package with a QR code, and they told me they don’t do that here. They used to do it before, but now they don’t? It seems like they only help certain people.
