Was around the area, and I’m not from the area, so I’m not sure if she was new or probably worked for there awhile but she was super friendly, and was super kind and sweet. I wondered if they did QR code label printing and they did! It was fast and simple thanks to her kindness, I’m not sure what her name is but bless her!

People here don't take their job seriously I walked in trying to simply drop off a package already ready with a label and when I was at the front nobody was there had to shout for someone and then a man not evening wearing a uniform comes out and begins acting very unprofessional

I went to send Priority Mail Express International. I pre-paid online and printed the label myself. Also brought QR code for them to print out the lable, in case they don't accept my label. The woman at the counter was not polite, definitely not so bright, but got the job done. She says "NO." when I asked her if they print the lable. When I asked her if I can use the lable I printed, it took her 10 minutes to figure out what it was.Their counter was a mess. After looking at these reviews, I am concerned if my mail will be lost or arrive at the destination on time...

Been waiting for two hours no one was in this office. There was more people here in the lobby waiting for assistance for an hour. I would give this place no star but in order to post I have to give a 1 star.

Incident happened a while ago with one of the older clerks: Went in to drop off a package. Purchased postage online as usual same dimensions and weight as usual, only this time clerk stated my package needed to be in a flat envelope instead of a box, keep in mind I had purchased postage online and had previously sent packages with same weight and dimensions, don't know why the clerk stated it was over the weight and needed to be in a flat envelope... anyway I agreed to pay the amount for extra weight but he said he couldn't do it because I paid online, so then I asked how do I get a refund for the postage so I can pay for a new one right now and he said he didn't know. So I asked if I could get my package and he didn't want to return it. I asked if I may please have my package back and I would go find answers at another post office and he kept saying I didn't understand what he was saying while keeping the door open so I wouldn't open the door on my side and get my box. It was all going back and forth trying to just get my box and go somewhere else for at least 5 minutes. I don't know what came over him that he tried to keep my package like I didn't ask him to return it at least 6 times while he kept trying to say I needed a flat envelope... finally he closed his door and I was able to open the door on my side of the window and get my package. Went to another post office.. scary and overwhelming experience.

The people here are rude & disrespectful. They should be happy they have a good gov. Job! They don't help on time. The doors are closed & locked. Very rude! Don't go!

Windows are always closed and when someone is there, they’re rude for no reason. I had to come twice the same day and both times nobody was working.

Didn't notice the time, but window hours are 11 to 2:30. I'm trying to get whoever is working attention. Guy from the back walks up, I'm saying "sorry for bothering you" trying to be polite and dude taps the sign where it saids windows service hours. If you're closed, keep door looks. But no need to tap window and be rude.

Don't understand how is this location is still open for business. In one month two of my packages were stolen in this location. According to one of the ladies working in this location, if you drop off your package into the slot thats inside the building, there a chance your mail can get lost on the way to the main office. Because they have no contact with this mail, only the carrier that comes from the main office.

Don't even waste your time coming here. I'm here at 12:05pm only to be greeted with a sign saying, "On Break", with no one else to help. And the window hours are only from 11:30-2pm. No wonder why the other PO in Compton always has long lines. Inconvenience to say the least. Why even have a post office at this location?

My mail always gets delayed in compton when i live in lake arrowhead. It should take max 4 days to arrive from compton. My friend sent something from Sacramento and still got here before a package I paid 2 day mail for (which took a whopping 35 DAYS to get to me). SICK AND TIRED OF LATE MAIL FROM SAME STATE LOCATION! DO YOUR JOBS! Get the mail sorted and sent out already. This is beyond ridiculous. There is no excuse for the mail being SO extremely late from LA!

Open from 11am to 2:30pm. Work only few hours per day, they still have lunch break!? Closed at 2:10pm now!! Can tax payer requests to investigate the lazy employees?
