Terrible service my car was cutting off I brought it here last week for them too look at I brought my car as soon as they opened and at the end of the day they was unable to look at my car told me to bring it back the next day I did this for 3 days and still they was unable to look at my car n only told me they wasn’t able to look at it once I came to check on it nobody called as soon as they noticed my car wouldn’t be able to be serviced they let me wait till closing time I kept coming bac till the following week but at this point I’m upset because idk what’s wrong with my car but ik it keeps cutting off and these mechanics didn’t service or look at my car but kept telling me to come bac the next day n still never had time it’s so unprofessional I really believe unless u personally know these ppl they don’t care about they customers im trynna give them money to fix my car and they keep having me drive it not able to service me and couldn’t give me an date to be come back and be serviced and everyday I went bac he was workin on a different car mind u it nit my 1st time here n they don’t appreciate the loyalty go ANYWHERE else

But how was I going to call if I did not take information, the duty of a mechanic is to take the customer's information to communicate. When the car is ready but a place where they are drinking and working there is no responsibility, they do not know what they are doing, talk to the owner and what they answer is that the jobs do not have a lifetime guarantee but the work did not last a month and I did not take it immediately because of the confidence that I had for being recommended by another good mechanic in the end they did nothing. I will never go back to that place again, that mechanic who has that place is very rude. Al ver que no contestaban tome un uber asia el lugar. Y me salen que no habian echo nada porque el eléctrico no yego y él mecánico bien borracho con otro amigo se porto bien agresivo porque le dije que me hubiera llamado para comunicarme delo sucedido. Pero como iba a llamar sino tomo información el deber de un mecánico es tomar la información del cliente para comunicarse. Cuando el auto ya esta listo pero un lugar donde están tomando y trabajando no hay responsabilidad no saben lo que están haciendo hable con el dueño y lo que contesto es que los trabajos no tienen garantía de por vida pero el trabajo no duro ni un mes y yo no lo lleve inmediatamente por la confianza que tenía por ser recomendados por otro buen mecánico al final no hicieron nada yo no vuelvo a ese lugar nunca mas ese mecánico que tiene ese lugar es muy rudo. Nail in tire so I had to get this issue fixed. Came to this spot on my boyfriend's suggestion and It was a good one. Got the fix and switch of my tire done in about 5 minutes. Cost $7. Would recommend to others!
