No prices on anything which is actually illegal in the state of California if using a point of sale (POS) system. Coincidentally, POS is also the perfect acronym to describe the owner.

Friendly service. Good selection. Bum wine and $1 vodka also available for when you're between pay checks and still need to get your buzz on. Convenient location and good hours. Interesting clientele. Never did feel threatened in any way.

3 Star Liquor gets get stars from me. It's a semi-convenient location to my home, right off Monument, but there are other great liquor stores nearby with competitive pricing and fewer people hanging out in the front.

Handy little "corner" store nearby. Usually stop here to buy lotto tickets or a blu e-cigarette when walking to or from our local bar, Milo's. On other occasions I have purchased champagne and OJ for mimosas, although their champagne selection is not that great and the OJ they have only comes in the personal size, which is expected for a small place. Have bought some frozen munchies on our way home from the bar, chicken nuggets and hot pockets. Even after quite a few drinks, I had to throw away the chicken nuggets because they tasted like they had been in the freezer since 1995. Service is decent and quick, but I would't call it friendly. More of an in and out thing. Which is fine because that's why I come here. Convenience. If you are looking for some quick items and don't mind paying a little extra and don't feel like standing in line at a grocery store, then this is your spot.

Good little market, has a wide variety of items, great for everything from late night munchies while walking home from the bar, or every day quick grab n go's if you don't want to hit the grocery store. You will see all variety's of life outside this store (especially later on at night) but I've never had a problem with anyone there. The exterior looks a little grimy, but inside is clean, well lit and pleasant, packed full of snacks, drinks, ice, smokes, whatever you need. The guys who work behind the counter are always very pleasant and helpful, and I've often seem them call their customers by name, recognizing them on site. I'll keep coming by as long as I'm in the area.

Three Star has the usual microbrews and mainstream beers. none priced the usual convenicence items, liitle debbie pastries near the counter. nice selection of soft drinks, teas, lemonade (that's why 3 stars) buys: "hubert's mango lemonade" (1.79) -very tart, little mango flavor notes; -friendly cashier -looks like homeless people out front, one looks like he was shaving. maybe they're undercover security since they don't bother people -lots of parking..
