I drove for 30 mins to pick up my order and they just decided to close at 6:15 while online the close at 8pm. Is this a joke!!!!!!

I ordered these shoes as a gift and it was this store that sent them out. They came in the box dirty and worn. I can’t even give these out as a gift anymore. Looks like I got them from goodwill or something. No store should send out shoes like this. I’m talking to you Mary.
