Enrique was outstanding to work with and performed an excellent exterior detailing and a five year ceramic coating on my newly purchased 2021 4Runner! He has earned a customer for life with his care and attention to detail!

Enrique manipulated me. There's no other way to put it. I took my 2022 Mustang to him because it had developed faint scratches in the contour below my rear window. He said he could get it straightened out by polishing it and adding a ceramic coating. The cost was $550. When I went to pick up my car just yesterday the scratches were still there. Then to make matters worse, Enriques tried to act like he never said that he could get the scratches out. WHAT? That was the whole point in me having the service done. I got burned by Al's Auto Detail which is really terrible because I tried to support a small business and then this happens to me. In addition to the scratches I've noticed small white specks on the hood of my car that were not there before. I'm really disappointed in my experience at Al's Auto Detail.

Enrique did a great job doing an interior detail on my car. He got some food stains out of my front seat which had been there a while. I didn't think to take pictures before but the after pictures say it all. Very happy- definitely recommend!

I had a ceramic coating done as well as a windshield hydro treatment done yesterday. Today it rained and the water just beaded away. Almost as if it hadn’t rained at all. Enrique was very professional, did a great job and delivered the car when promised. I would use his service again. This photo is after it rained and I did not dry it. I can tell this service will make washing the car much easier.Services: Clay bar treatment

Al was a pleasure to work with. He greeted us with a cheerful attitude early in the morning. We got 2 cars detailed. He did an amazing job and the both the cars. It felt like we were walking out with new cars. Very happy with the result. Al is incredibly professional. I’ve had 2 cars done by him so far full detail, wash and wax. Both times he’s knocked it out of the park even when up against my dogs during their summer shedding months! My car looks brand new after taking it to Al's Auto Detail. Reason I took one star out is because the staff that received my car seemed like he was disappointed to see me or my car when I dropped it off. He said he wasn't expecting me and that he is expecting another customer to come around the same time. But my appt was scheduled, I even put a security deposit for it. Their schedule mix up isnt my fault. It wasn't a good first impression for coming there for the first time. But I'd say, they did a fantastic job with my car so I'm very happy with that. Although, I didn't feel welcomed coming here, I would still come back to this shop for future auto detail service because theyre really good with their job and I would recommend this shop to anyone.Service: Auto interior vacuuming
