I went to this location with my dad last week for a new bed, the staff that helped was very nice and helpful with us in the process. My dad purchased my bed and set it up to be delivered yesterday. The bed came and it was all wrong. We ordered a white bed with lights and received a gray bed with no lights. We called the store and nobody answered , which was very disappointing especially since I was really looking forward to the pretty lights that were supposed to be on the headboard. Would give 0 stars if possible for this mistake.

Amazing personnel, selection, and prices! After going to many furniture stores/warehouses my wife and I were exhausted by the low quality and high prices of other retailers. We were fired up after leaving Ashley because they have solid products at good prices!!

Excellent experience with Darnell Carter who helped me on the floor to find exactly what I was looking for. Very attentive and listened well to what I was looking for. Left with what I came fore even better. Very positive experience. I had been in two other Ashley stores recently previously looking for the same item unsuccessfully. My only concerns was that Erica who originally met me and my sister in the store, didn’t give me her full attention and relied on the manager who, wasn’t knowledgeable regarding Ashley’s products; I was just told what I was looking floor wasn’t available. On my way out, Mr Carter happened to come by and asked if was looking for something in particular and he proceeded to pull out his tablet and searched a for the item I came in looking for and by listening, heard that I was really looking for a round table and not rectangular table that was shown in the original ad; same set, same brand, but with the round table I really wanted. That’s customer service at its best. Darnell Carter took that extra step that was needed to further assist in purchasing exactly what I wanted that day. His customer service ethics were the best and I am a satisfied customer.

Leo - Is an exceptional salesman. He is very knowledgeable and very customer oriented. If I needed to purchase additional items from Ashley he would be my salesman. If your looking to purchase quality items at a very reasonable prices. Ashley is the way to go for your furniture needs. If your Active Duty military retired and a Vet you receive 10% off your total. That's a great insentative.

This has been the most horrible furniture buying experience I have ever had. I purchased a $4k couch a week ago, and I was given a delivery date of 2/27. I spoke with 1 person the Saturday before who confirmed the delivery date. I spoke with another person the day before who again confirmed the delivery date and provided the delivery window of 8 am-12 pm. That window came and went and nothing. When I called the 1-800 #, the person told me her system shows I never picked a delivery date. When I tried calling the actual store, it rings and rings and then hangs up. At this point I will have to go into the store and demand a refund. I will never order anything from them again! The WORST customer experience I've ever had.
