Went to store and it was closed during published business hours. Couldn't pickup new phone and am now held hostage until the store opens........if it ever does. Very unprofessional.

Employee left home ill. Instead of closing the store they sent an Employee from a different location to the store. The employee told me that the previous employee left ill and they don’t come to this store. I asked if they would be able to see it they had the specific phone I was inquiring about. Employee said it would be 10 minutes to look in the vault to see if they had the color in the phone I wanted. (Pink iphone 15). Employee came out and said they put in the code to the wrong vault. Then employee said it would take another ten minutes. After waiting nearly 60 minutes the vault still wasnt open. I asked if they can just order it for me as I had a child she said okay. She asked which color and I told her I specifically came in for pink iPhone. She told me att only has the phone in one size. This could have been mentioned at the very beginning when I inquired about the pink iphone instead of having me sit there for an hour with a fussy toddler. Why send an employee to a location who doesnt know anything about the location. An hour of my time wasted sitting at a table for a vault.

Sold me bad phone, wouldn't give me a receipt, and then wouldn't exchange phone because I came in in 16 days returns only good for 14 days. Spent 3 hours in AT&T store, and they couldn't fix the phone and sent me a bad new sim card. Then they raised my wi-fi by $40 a month because I got a new phone, and they call it an upgrade. AT&T SUCKS with no senior discounts

I received phenomenal service at this location. I went in having trouble with my SIM card and they helped me right away. When I had to momentarily leave to pick up my little sister they gave me a spare phone to take with me for emergencies since they were transferring things from my old phone to my new one. They worked with me with every problem we encountered and made me feel very welcomed. I definitely recommend stopping by here for help or great service

This store was very unprofessional calling us criminals because we would like to pay cash and they dont accept cash. They only accept card payment. But it is not right to call us. That is below the belt.
