First time I went here last week, there was only one person and four people waiting. I ended up leaving. Also, they had incredibly loud music that was swearing non stop and children were in the store.
I just went again and they had a sign that said out for lunch. I arrived at 2:20 and it said they wouldn’t return back until 3:30. I like how close it is to my home but I might just drive further away for better customer service.

Excellent service! Josue helped us out, walked us through everything, and anticipated our questions before we even thought to ask. We had a great experience and intend to return to this specific store for all of our AT&T wireless needs.

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T store. Antonio added a line to my account in less than 5 minutes. I drove out of my way in hopes of finding a better AT&T store. Worth heading to Clayton to have Antonio help!

Antonio the store manager at the Clayton CA. store was an absolute breath of fresh air, personable, professional, and very helpful. Antonio made our experience incredibly painless, my wife and I both upgraded our phones. The customer service there is the best we have encountered at any AT&T store, and we highly recommend this location.

Only one person in the store helping people and he didn't even know what he was doing and had to call his supervisor (not sure where he or she was at, probably hiding in the back) to ask questions.

Most useless and unhelpful staff i've ever interacted with ever. Every single time i've been into the store, customer service is horrendous, Product/service knowledge is absolutely Zero, and just a waste of my time. If i wanted to sit on hold for an hour, I would've done that. They will just tell you to call a phone number and that they won't help you (when in reality they are either Lazy or incompetent). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. If you need something from AT&T, just call. Don't bother with these people.

Came in with a minor problem that I thought was major not only was this matter handled quickly and efficiently the gentlemen that were there in store were so nice ! Thank you so much !

Both times we went in to this store we had the pleasure of working with Justin.He was very helpful and patient and knowledgeable. He was attentive to all the cut that came in and greeted them and let them know a ruff wait time.Justin has spectacular customer service and is very helpful. He answers all out questions and wasn’t pushy. He I a joy to work with and we will go back only to work with him.

I had purchased a new iPhone and was having trouble getting my existing AT&T service to active on the phone. I walked into the store on a Saturday afternoon (6/3/2023), and Natalie was able to help me get activation completed within a matter of minutes. Thanks so much for the great help, Natalie!

The worst customer service experience ever! I came in on 6/14 for new SIM card. The guy was on his phone surfing internet instead of trying to help me. He said he can't help me because he doesn't know anything about logging in. Totally useless. He should be fired immediately. He's not helping customers whatsoever and is rude. I was the only person in that store! He could have given me new SIM card and activated it. Instead he sent me to another store. WTH????

This is a small location. Only two representatives so there was a wait but no acknowledgement of any other customers while working. How about a hi welcome in we have a 5 or 2 hour wait etc etc. all I got was crickets.
