CONSUMER WARNING HERE. SEARCH THE 1 STAR YELP REVIEWS HERE FIRST. READ ALL THE REVIEWS FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEN DECIDE IF YOU WANT TO UTILIZE THIS COMPANY. Worst Service in the History of the World. Took our 2015 Q3 in for an engine light on a Wednesday Morning. By Friday no call so we had to call them. They hadn't even looked at the car in 3 days. By Saturday they sent a video of general inspection which cost $250 which covers the tires, brakes etc. For an engine light on??? Since the tires were fine they wanted another $400 to look at the engine. Again, no call, no status reports. We called Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to find out what the problem. They "think" it's a carbon build-up costing and quoted $5,000 to fix On top of the $650 for inspection fees Totaling nearly $6,000 For carbon build up? The value of this car is $7,000. We decided to get a second opinion. The cost of a complete rebuilt Audi engine is $2,500 to $5,000. Besides horrendous service we're feeling gouged.

Concord Audi service department should win #1 Service Department in the U.S.! Every single time I bring my car in, I am instantly greeted with a smile and assistance. I am especially thankful for Patty H. , Service Advisor (aka, my car doctor) and Mitch, the foreman, for always taking their time to explain the services when I know they are extremely busy. I purchased my car with Kaye A. in 2018, at this dealership with ease, confidence, and excitement. Since then, my car has, and will, always be serviced in Concord. Audi U.S. should know and recognize this wonderful dealership in Concord. Thanks, Patty and Mitch. I am so grateful for you. Words cannot express how thankful I am. Thank you.

Brent is such a great guy to with! This is our third Audi purchase and he makes the transition super easy. My lease was up on my Q5 and I decided to explore an electric however i had very little knowledge. Brent is incredibly patient and took his time explaining everything. Love my new electric Q4!

Ken, Ken, Ken (a member of their Service Team). What can I say other than THANK YOU! I had a flat tire on my SQ5. When I attempted to inflate the inflatable spare, it inflated to a certain point then I heard air leaking from the spare. Fortunately, I was at home when I noticed the flat. I hopped in my wife's car, put the patially inflated spare in the trunk, took it to Audi Concord, explained what happened to Ken and 15 minutes later I walked out with a new spare tire FREE OF CHARGE. Ken explained that somehow the rim of the spare was bent which didn't allow the tire to inflate properly. Every experience that I've had with Ken and any other member of the Audi Concord Service Team has been consistently thoughtful, friendly and helpful. You guys Rock! Thank you again Ken!

To sum it up: The sales department does not respect women and thinks that we are easily "overwhelmed" and can't handle the car buying process. We are also not worth the time to respond to a serious inquiry for purchase.Eddie, who runs the sales department, thinks so low of women he even tells them on the phone!!!!Don't take your business here unless you like men who treat women as less than.

Well, hugely disappointed in the sales department.Went in this morning intending to buy this vehicle. Sat & chatted with Sales person (I'll spare his name, I blame head of sales E.O.)Anyway, get to test drive the vehicle drive to W. Pittsburg, Pleasant Hill, back to Concord. It's 100 degrees out, we are making sure passenger seat goes down, etc. All good! It is a go! Keep in mind the vehicle has been with us or in our sites for approx 2 hours. No one else interested in this vehicle. we are sitting at desk, ready to write our check & our sales person informs us that our vehicle has just sold. I'm sorry, what?So is it a racial issue? We have not even stated that we wanted negotiate the sticker price yet. We just sat down to business!SHADY! Not sure if it was bait & switch situation. Not sure & it doesn't matter.I just would not recommend wasting any time here. I am sorry to say, same vehicle still on their website showing available for purchase.

Never in my life have I been treated with such professionalism, such respect, such honesty and care by a car dealership. BRENT went above and beyond every single step of the way. From emailing me stickers for cars I was inquiring about, to scheduling test drives, visits, negotiations in an honest and calm manner, and making sure my new car was in perfect condition for me to pick up. He even called me the next day just to say hi and see if I was enjoying my new car! I have had 4 new cars in my life: a Toyota and 3 Nissans. Each purchase has felt rushed, slimy and afterward I never hear from them again. This was an entirely different experience! This was how I always wished car buying to be. I highly recommend Brent to anyone looking for an Audi. The team even taught me how to use all the bells and whistles and they configured my cell phone apps and the settings on the car for me!

I'm not really sure what to say. I've always had a good experience with Audi Concord. Until my last service. Now I understand this is my fault for leaving my stuff in my car as it's written in my service contract. It was only supposed to be there for a day and it ended up being 20 days (which whatever) but I've always left my stuff in my car because it wasn't obviously left out. After my last service all of my "nice" stuff and random stuff went missing. Sun glasses, knives, cooler bag, change, keys, gift cards, manual, first aid kit, etc. I brought it to their attention before leaving and "someone would call me". Of course I had to follow up multiple times just to get them to do talk to me about it. They "watched" the video of my car for the 20 days and shockingly, they didn't notice anything so now I'm out around probably $1000 worth of stuff and lock replacements.
