Tony, Tristan, Jay are lovely Nissan team members who rooted for me from start to finish. I can tell they are family oriented because they took personal care and time to make sure I understood the terms, services, and quality of my car. Early on, they treated me as a buyer but in a positive way. I have to give 5 stars to this team who took care of me in a nervous time - buying my first car.

Tristen is the worse sales man my husband has great credit and is financing a jeep with 3 percent interest rate yesterday 11/28/25 we went into Nissan he try give us 17 percent interest rate worse sale man how would someone with good credit end up paying 17 percent when that was his first rate when purchased first vehicle that man was a joke we left .but Brad was a great person thanks bard for everything .

I had an outstanding experience buying my Nissan Sentra as a first time buyer! I went in and was helped by Manny who was very great! He showed me the cars that were in my interest and he also helped with showing me all information and features the car I purchased had. Daniel was also very helpful, he is the salesperson that helped me and he spoke spanish making it easier for my mom to also understand the process or answer questions she had! He was very nice and polite and he took the time to explain everything and never made me feel pressured. The financier Jay was also very friendly and helpful with the process making it stress-free, he was very straightforward and explained all paperwork and made all information about the vehicle very clear. Thanks to him I had no second thoughts about my car! The Manager Julian was also very wonderful! He made sure the process stayed smooth from start to finish. He was very helpful about some issues I had on my end and came up with a solution, which was great. You can see he truly valves customer satisfaction and runs the dealership with that in mind. Overall, the whole team created a 10/10 car buying experience for me. I highly recommend this dealership!

It was a pleasant experience. From the time we went to the dealership to the time we drove off with my Nissan Rogue, we were assisted with much professionalism and diligence. Hussain is a very polite and compassionate young man. One can see that he cares about his job and worked with the team to provide us with several options. I did not feel pressured to make any decision. Thank you so much Jay Sahar and Hussain. Appreciated all your assistance in helping me to make a decision in choosing a nice vehicle for me. This Nissan dealer ship is one of the best dealer ships in Concord, CA They keep it real with you and your vehicle, they also make sure your comfortable with your purchase. When I leave this dealership I leave smiling from ear to ear cause they really take good care of my car.

I’m disappointed with the overall service I received at this dealership. They were able to resolve my issue but it cost me over $900 to just change a battery. Just a few weeks ago, I brought my car in for routine maintenance — an oil change and tire rotation — which included a battery test. I was told the battery was in good condition.
Then, out of nowhere, my car wouldn’t start. The dashboard lit up with several warning messages, but none indicated to the battery. Instead, I saw a headlight failure warning, which added to my confusion. I had to have the car towed to the dealership, only to be told I needed a new battery. With the tow and cost to replace the battery it was over $900. This does not include my financial loss of having to miss work.
I expected better continuity and transparency from a professional service center. How does a battery go from “good” to completely dead in a matter of weeks, without any warning signs or accurate diagnostics? This experience has left me questioning the reliability of their assessments and the fairness of their pricing. I feel like I was taken advantage of.

It was the first time that I walked into a car dealership and felt 100% that professionalism and transparency were above simply selling a car. Husian and Jay tried to accommodate my needs and limitations and did literally everything possible for me to able to walk outside of Concord Nissan with the car if my dreams. These two men put clients ahead of profits creating the best experience possible. From now on, I will only buy Nissan cars from this dealership. Great job!
