Why have a local bank anymore? Deposited a large cashier’s check at this location 9/13/2023 before noon. Waiting in a long line here as usual. Rep walks up and says “you can make your deposit at the ATM”. I tell her it’s a cashiers check and I want to know when to expect funds in my account. She says “you will get the same result at the ATM or the window.” So I deposit at the ATM. My slip said funds will be available 9/21/2023. But my Mobile app said the next day 9/14/2023. Then that night at 7:25pm I get an email saying I couldn’t access my money till 9/25/2023. And my mobile now says 9/23/2023. Go next day back to local branch (Clayton) at 9:30 am to see the branch manager. I’m told “she won’t be in till 10:30 and she would call me back when she got in.” I called Nancy Lopez the manager at 11:30 after not hearing from her. I was told she was busy but would call me shortly. Ms Lopez called me at11:45. I explained the situation and she says “there is nothing I can do for you, you’ll have to call customer service!”So I call customer service and was on hold for 25 minutes till a rep comes on and I explain the situation. She says sorry, the hold on my money is valid and it won’t be released till 9/23/2023. I asked for her supervisor and again was on hold for 15 minutes. She comes back on and says “my supervisor will be another 20 minutes or he can call you back in 24 hours.” I told her I’ll wait another 20 minutes. She comes back 15 minutes later and says “sorry I don’t know when they will be available and they will call you back in 24 hours. Of course you know what happened. I never received a call from any supervisor.

TERRIBLE- Everything about this branch is terrible, customer service, wait times, they NEVER pick up the phone. Every time i have ever went inside it was an awful experience. This branch makes me want to close all of my accounts with Bank of America.

We have almost closed our accounts with B of A because of this location on several occasions.... If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is rude, unaccommodating and I've had to go through corporate multiple times to resolve to what seems to be simple issues. DO NOT BANK AT THIS LOCATION!!!!

Just went in to get my card ordeal situated, she was nice, it wasn't too busy it was just very slow pace.She said both of her workers were both busy doing something and she was gonna get me an appointment or something but I was never talk to again and I'm in a rush so I had to just stop by another location instead.Had I've been told just anything about what was going on I would've stayed to wait but since I wasn't even informed on what was going on I just left I figured they forgot about me.So I'm still on the road to another one currently.She watched us get up and leave and never said a word so she was nice I just don't assume I'd be back anytime soon if I can help it.

I called this branch over 30 times trying to make an appointment for my elderly grandmother who doesn’t use online banking and was unable to get through. This is embarrassing that a place that calls themselves a business refuses to answer their phones. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

This branch is total crap. It's Friday morning, the line is 6 or 7 people deep, and there's exactly 1 teller. Ridiculous. Hire more people, or just shut this branch down.

Service inside the branch is non-existent. Manger and other supervisors have contempt for customers who dare to walk into the lobby. Happened more than once so I assume that is the new normal.It's so bad, one can only conclude it is an effort to keep people away and to push the clients to use the online tools which is apparently where they are spending all efforts & money.

Unbelievably from Bad to Worst,, !No wonder there are branches Closing down weekly..Long story short .. I asked for a $10.00 rolll of quarters after waiting in line for 15 mins ,,Sorry “ National coin Postpandemic ShortageB:sI remember recommending my friend with a 750 credit score and wanted to take out a house Credit line loan,, (* House is paid FOR)They Wanted *$ 75..96 % APR..!!!If you read correctly the loan was gonna cost him double what he was borrowingCHECK OUT THERE LAST YEAR OR SO REVEIWS!!!!GO to Umpqua bank ! !Never been so happy ,,

The assistant Ahdia and the bank manager Nancy are very racist and rude,no wonder the bank has 2.3 score. Don't recommend you to use this branch.

One of the best branches is the Bay Area The workers are very polite and helpful. Side note also a clean bank!
