Horrible. Many orders are cancelled because they don't have the inventory shown on website. It's happened 3 times in a row at Marina del Rey location. Website shows item in-stock. I sumbit the order, pay with CC, 3 minutes later I get email that order is cancelled because they don't have the product in stock, and furthermore they have not had it in the last 90 days according to employees at the store. Why does it continue to show up available for order? No chance you'll ever speak with C/S at corporate, as they don't take calls. Now that I know this, I'll never shop at Bevmo again and we generally (used to) spend $$$ per trip. The company as a whole IMHO sucks.

This company needs to stop punishing the innocent, namely the customers and those employees that are mature and responsible. FIRE without hesitation those who do not follow protocol for I.D.and reward those who serve you faithfully. It’s absolutely unexceptable to provide my ID for NON ALCOHOLIC OR TOBACCO PRODUCTS!!!! And, if you’re employee can’t tell that a 64 year old doesn’t need to carded, then you have some work cut out in training (not punishing the innocent) those who represent your business. STOP BEING THE PROBLEM “BEVMO” !!!

I was refused service @3455 gear y blvd. because I forgot my II.d. I am 67 years old,have been going here for two years.I was not allowed to purchase pistachios artichoke dip,& snickers.!!! WHAT?????

Store # 55Manager CourtneyHave a complaint about the Above store and manager .Please have this Manager take some customer service classes and anger management classes.He work ethic today was very unprofessional.She yelled at me and few other customers.She said I don’t need to ask customers what they want . . I asked other person to help me out

I'm a prior employee who has called multiple times to complain about my managers and the hostile environment they created at work. Today I quit bc literally nothing was being done except the managers trying to placate me about experiencing racial remarks from both managers and customers. I called today to quit an hour and a half before my shift. All the store manager told me was he had no control over what customers said or did, he told me what I was doing wasn't a good look, then he hung up on me. All while I was crying on the phone about how I felt anxious about going into work bc of the hostile environment. My whole job was dependent on getting surveys. If a customer happens to throw their receipt aways and doesn't do the survey, I'm at risk of losing hours and eventually my job. That kind of uncertainty surrounding employment is a joke.

Wouldn’t buy anything from here, manager on Stevens Creek is rude and the company policy where you have to be 21to buy snacks is a JOKE, corporate doesn’t even answer their phone.

Zero stars. Corporate Bevmo does not actively monitor their voicemail for customer service feedback. Pathetic. I wonder if this was a decision based on the fact so many customers called to complain. On second thought, perhaps corporate could care less about how their customers experience service in their stores, and see feedback as totally meaningless.

The lead manager of my local store is unvaccinated, and wears his mask "casually" when the store is not busy. He is endangering his employees as well as the clientele.

Delivery in SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA (pop 45,000) was supposed to be 2 hours, which is bad enough. Then I got a text that it would be 3-4 hours so I cancelled the order and went to my local liquor store around the corner. Do t offer delivery if you can’t deliver on time!!!

Called the Palmdale store to put my name on one bottle of Blantons whiskey, I told the lady I will be there in less than an hour and gave her my name. There were 6 bottles available she said, and my name was on only one because of the demand it one bottle per person. When I got there they told me the Manager “Andrew” who was not there when I arrived told them to not save the bottle for the customer.I drove clear across town to get the bottle that was promised to me.This isn’t the first time I am writing to complain about this store. If they told me first come first served.I wonder who bought all 6 bottles in 30 minutes or less.One star because I can’t leave 0Thanh god for choices. BevMo does not care about it’s customer’s.

I have been buying from this location (Van Ness SF) since the COVID-19 shutdown started. Service has always been bad. So bad I started paying for delivery. Still deliveries were late by 1-2 hours ($10 and 2 hrs late). They do not follow company sales policies.If you get an e-mail from the website promising delivery during the time window requested you need to ignore it; wait two hours or more past the time coordinate, check your email again and see if the order has been filled or cancelled? Once you arrive at the store and see the staff you will figure out the problem!While at this location I always find an agitated customers, last one was snapping photos with his phone after a short conversation with the manager. You can enter the store as of 12.17.2020. SO, I suggest just checking stock level and availability on website then quickly go shop at the store.There's a lot of businesses failures during the COVID-19 pandemic but liquor sales are up 45%. BevMo has no Customer service department and no contact with its buying public. It's really hard to patronize a corporation Who's website says one thing and the store employee's do whatever they what. It's a very poor business model. I gave one star cuz I could not give none!

Your employees are being rude and overbearing. Your Vista Ca location has put a very rude young lady at the door. Do something about the bad attitudes. No one has issues follow covid rules but she is being beyond aggressive in her handling of who gets in.

Went to Tacoma WA Bevmo. Big sign on frone door. Wine and spirits 2 for 1. Well 2 for 1 on select bottles. A single bottle average price on the net $20. Bevmo price for two $32.99. Not really 2 for 1. More like 1 price for 2.
