Excellent customer service. I had a question about a unique shipping need and they were able to quickly answer it and provide a solution that worked. Reasonable prices, too! There are shipping boxes of all sizes and many other shipping supplies on-hand. Highly recommend!

I recommend JC Express Movers to anybody who wants to have their possessions moved carefully and with respect of their property.my move has been in three stages, all of which have been done very efficiently and always with smiles, even though they were hauling my furniture and boxes down three flights of stairs!

Do not buy from this store. Go to the Uhaul store on Monument in Concord. You can buy the exact same packing boxes there for 1/3 the cost. Boxes for Moving and Storage will not take returns. I am very unhappy.Hi Josh, I am all for small business, but not those that gouge on price. And, I was not rude. were final. When I was there, you told me about a restocking fee. When I called you to tell you I had found the exact same product for much lower price you retorted that all sales are final. Buyer beware.

This owner ran local business saved me after Burning Man when I needed to ship some things in an oversize box and the owner went above and beyond to help me. I will give more stars if I could, and I would recommend everyone come here for personalize and customer service.

Josh was very nice, but his prices on UHaul packing boxes are way out of line. I found the exact same thing at the UHaul store on Monument for 1/3 the price he charged. He would not take any returns - even though the boxes are in the same shape as when I left his shop. I am all for buying from small business, but not when they gouge you on the price.

Wow! GREAT Customer service. Josh went beyond all expectations by delivering our boxes 40 miles each way on the same day we called to inquire. He was very thorough over the phone on what he had available and was fair with pricing with a nominal delivery fee. I wish all businesses offered such excellent service and fair pricing. Thank you Josh, you made everything easier for us all in the same day!

While moving the few baubles we were going to keep over to my mother's house, we ended up getting a UHaul which we were able to pick up in Berkeley and leave at this location in Concord. We didn't need it for the full day and were able to drop off this UHaul partner after hours by taking a few pictures of the truck. The confusing part came when we needed to leave the key in the drop box pictured on the site. Except, there's no box. We ended up just slipping it through the slot of the correct suite, Suite A, and calling the next day to make sure everything was wrapped up correctly, which it was. Overall our experience was good, i just wish they either had a red drop box like the picture lists, or just let people know they can drop the key through the slot via signage on the door. It would have saved us some worry.

Most people probably pass this place while turning left on Detroit Avenue to get to Costco like I have. I decided to give this place a chance; based on reviews, and the fact that they could make custom-sized boxes. Josh went above and beyond for everything I needed to ship out wooden yard art. Customer service, speed, care, and the ease of shipping were all top notch. I regret not trying out this place earlier for my shipping needs. Very happy to have a place so close by ample parking and no lines.
