Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Experience
I spent “$51” with this store and went in today to pick up my online order, only to have one of the ‘rudest customer service experiences’ I’ve had in a long time. The two young ladies working were openly ignoring customers while standing around talking to each other. They didn’t acknowledge me at all.
When another customer walked in, one of the associates immediately approached *them* instead of me, even though I had been standing there waiting. The customer had to tell her that I was there first, before she finally decided to assist me—and that’s when things got even worse.
She then ‘profiled me’ as if I was trying to steal the order ‘I PAID for.’ She asked for my last name, and when I politely asked if she wanted my ID, she ignored me. She asked for my last name again, and I said the order is ‘literally behind you’, she then ignored me again and asked if I had the order confirmation as if I just reading random names on bags. All this could have been avoided had she just took my ID.
If I wasn’t having a great day, this could have gone in a very different direction. The lack of respect, professionalism, and basic customer service was unacceptable.
I will be ‘reporting this experience further.’

My sister and I had such a great experience here yesterday! Hailey is so sweet and went above and beyond to help me find a funko pop I was looking for! Was very engaged with customers and ensured everyone was finding everything okay. Will definitely be returning! :]

i came in with my friend today and we wanted to find this specific pin. the cashier (who was super cool, btw) offered to help without us even asking. she spent at least ten minutes helping us dig through the pins to find what we wanted. she was beyond sweet and even talked to us for a moment after. i wish i would’ve gotten her name, she was amazing :) by far the best experience ive had there

On March 16, 2025, my husband purchased a sweater, some shirts, and pajamas. The cashier, whom I believe was named Yasel, didn’t bother to check if the items had tags. When we got home, we noticed that one of the items still had the security alarm attached. My husband likes to address people by their name as a sign of respect, but instead, he received a rude look from another employee, a woman who was quite chunky. This was a terrible customer service experience, and they should really pay more attention to these details.

Ok I shop here often. However today was asked to donate to a legal defense fund. I asked to defend exactly what? I asked show me a law we use to exclude by race or other. No answer. So what is this fund? Ill pass on my visit's from now on; DO NOT VIRTUE SIGNAL WHEN I PAY YOU. I AM THERE TO SHOP NOT HEAR POLITICAL REQUESTS.

I called BoxLunch to see if they could put an item on hold for me and I was able to pick it up the next day. I had a previous gift card that was reimbursed for a cancelled online order. This ended up locking the balance of my gift card due to their system. Hailey was so kind to call customer service for me to resolve the issue. Her efforts did not go unnoticed. 3 calls later and being on hold for 20+ minutes, we were finally able to unlock my funds and use my balance for my purchase.Afterwards, we decided to do more shopping. Mariah rang us up and was so patient throughout our transaction, despite the complexity of our situation. Overall, I was very satisfied with my shopping experience during this busy holiday season. Super great store. Has a wide variety of really cute merch. Also the associate working there today was SO KIND!! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and went out of her way to help me. I wish I got her name but she was AMAZING! Thanks again!!

This store needs a lot of customer service training, they do not honor online prices like other boxlunch locations do. They tend to talk to each other a lot instead of actually helping a customer, my overall experience at this location was horrible and I wouldn't return to this location again.
