Recently, they are changing times of movie showings so that they don't match what is shown on their website. This is incredibly annoying when you plan and arrive only to find out that you've gotten incorrect info online.

Plenty of parking in the structure. It's ghost town and the employees are not happy or friendly. They did not clean the theatres after the showing and left so much trash for the next showing. Bathrooms are singles and there's two on the first floor that I saw.

I was amazed how clean the entire theater was. Great atmosphere with a selection of shows. Also had upbeat music while waiting for the select theater to open. Plan to return!

This place has gone considerably down hill. The movie started at 2pm. I arrived at the theater at 1:45pm... you know... like a normal person. I was greeted by a non-uniformed employee who was muttering what only could be described as unintelligible gibberish. Figuring him just to be an oddly-friendly guy of foreign origin, I continued towards the ticket desk. At the ticket desk I was greeted by another non-uniformed man who appeared very confused about my presence. He looks at me and says "I don't think we're open". Well "no-name number two", the doors were open, the movie starts in 15 minutes... I am literally standing inside your business! It was open dude. So confused, I walk back towards the front door and "no-name number one" says "I tried to tell you we weren't open" in the most clear English anyone had ever heard. Strange way to run a business no-names. We guess what? F&@$ you. Your business is steadily dying and nobody wants to come to your decaying and disgusting movie theater because of unprofessional bullshit like this. There are lots of movie theaters around here. I will go to those from now on and I encourage everyone else to do so as well. Cinemark for the win.

This is a timeless and perfect theater for the price and location. Had plenty of restrooms and parking spaces to accommodate everyone. Comfortable seating and enough personal space to relax and enjoy your movie. They have $5 Tuesday movies that make coming here the best choice to come experience this place for yourself.

This is a cozy, updated theater with plenty of parking over by Todo Santos Plaza (in the lot). They also have $5 movie day on Tuesdays :) !!! It's rarely even that busy too!

Aj the cashier was not friendly; he did not seem to enjoy working here. I purchased multiple items and when asked a question about the nachos he became a smart.

I wanted to see Oppenheimer at the 70 MM IMAX, but by the time I got my plans together they were sold out. Looking through google results I saw the show times at the Brendan Theater. This showing was in one of their JB-X theaters. I was skeptical, but it was my only option, so what the heck. The theater has a limited, but standard set of snacks. There is also the theater café with food and adult beverages that seems plucked from a sporting arena. Everything is fried and over priced. $40 for 2 margaritas, that I do not think contained any real tequila and 2 bottles of water. Candy snacks at the concessions seem to be a few cents more than other area theaters. But let's talk about the movie, or at least, the theater!JB-X might not mean anything to anyone outside of Brendan's management and marketing teams, but what do you get?Top of the line projection and audio from top of the line manufacturers in the commercial AV realms. The theater has surround and height (ceiling) speakers. The into for the movie had a Dolby Atmos demo, but I would bet the equipment is able to handle either height encoding format. I might have to go see a movie recorded in DTS:X to see if that is how they play it. So the sound is top notch. In Oppenheimer, the earth shattering explosion was felt through my whole body. The projectors have a spectacular dynamic range. Oppenheimer is a master class in High Dynamic Range, or HDR. There are scenes that are dim and dark and blinding. The contrast in the theater was great and made for an impressive movie watching experience. All in all, I will happily go back. I would love to see a movie with a real sweeping soundtrack in one of the JB-X theaters, I bet it will be amazing. But when it comes to food and dink, I think I will skip the overpriced low quality drinks and fried food and save my food money for before or after the movie in downtown Concord.

Theater was DISGUSTING! Smelled like feet the minute we walked in. Our specific theater #8 smelled dirty, the chairs specifically smelled like they were wiped down with a dirty rag, the leather was all cracked, my recliner button was broken, my daughter's chair had candy/gum stuck to it (which we realized when she stood up at the end of the movie and had it stuck to her shorts), my husband's tray table was 30% peeled off where it was lifted enough for us to see the cream-colored plastic it was made of. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We will never be back.
