Loved our time there! Kids continue to talk about it fondly. Really enjoyed the thoughtfulness for kids, ex. bringing in bounce houses during the rainy season!

Building Kidz is absolutely fantastic! Both my kids started here at 4-5 months and loved all the teachers. They've both learned so much. My oldest just started kindergarten at a public school and I have to say that BK prepared her so well for it. She is doing amazingly well because of all she learned at BK! My youngest is still in the toddler room and loves the music classes. The teachers are all so loving, understanding and willing to listen to any of your concerns. The director, Karen and the owner, Sangita are just wonderful at running this daycare and preschool. Communication is always great and the BK app is so helpful to get a peek at how your kids are doing during the day. Thank you, BK for taking such good care of my kids! :)

This place is fantastic. Teachers and staff are loving and caring and very easy to work with. My daughter was nervous when we started, and everyone helped ensure she was comfortable and helped build up her confidence. I love that they introduce music, dance and have performances. I ended up keeping my daughter there for kindergarten, which was one of the best things I could have done. Small classes (compared to the 27 kids in public) taught her everything she needed to prepare for 1st grade. I recommend them to all of my friends.

My daughter went to BK starting at 18 months old to 34 months. The only reason we are leaving is because we are relocating. Some things I appreciate from the school is how hands-on the directors and teachers are with the kids, the curriculum, assistance with potty training, providing meals and snacks, and their cleanliness and safety protocols.Ms. Karen is always available to answer my questions quickly. They consistently work on making the center better for the children and parents by accepting feedback and sharing updates in the BK app and newsletter. The only reason for 4 stars is because the amount of days off the school has for holidays/teachers in service days somewhat impacts our work life. Otherwise we will truly miss BK!

Took our deposit in May and assured us they would have room for our child when they were 2 in February, just called us and said they cannot accept them until April. With over 8 months notice they somehow were unable to find room and now we're left scrambling to see who can take them on short notice.

My daughter started 16 months at BK. I would say this place is a gem. She improved a lot with her social skills and vocabulary. As a mom i feel safe leaving her here. Sangita and Karen are very supportive with the kids and the family as well. The teachers are kind, loving, nurturing and patient. Words are really not enough to express my gratitude to Sangita and her staff. The only reason we are leaving BK is because of the drive. It is a little bit far from our house. I would come back of ever we are unsuccessful with the new preschool. We love BK! Thank thank you again for all the help you gave Olivia and us her parents. God bless BK!

A true gift in our lives. My two children were at Building Kidz Concord from infant class through 4s class. Every single teacher we encountered treated my children like their own. Their individualized approach allowed my children to truly excel academically and socially. After 2 miserable, failed potty training experiences prior to BK Concord, the 2s class potty trained my son in 2 weeks. Their community is so supportive and loving, even during COVID. Sangita and Karen are extremely responsible and responsive. They worked with us on so many issues we faced during the time we lived in concord. My kids both stayed at BK full time, full days, and no day was boring for them. The time spent there is filled with creative projects, music and dance class, and fun activities. Their multiple outdoor play spaces allowed them to mix up outdoor play so no day was the same. Also, I am extremely impressed with their security and safety protocols- something that has grown progressively more important to us. We are so unbelievably grateful for the experience we had at BK Concord, and know that our children have solid academic and social foundational skills that will serve them for a lifetime. Thank you for all you guys have done for my children, and my family.

I cannot say enough good things about Building Kidz and the wonderful teachers that provided by son with a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment over the last 5 years. From the moment he began as an infant, to graduating TK, I cannot express enough gratitude for the love and care they afforded my child and ensured he developed the necessary skills to be successful as he continues the next steps in his education journey. No preschool or daycare is going to be perfect. Given all the obstacles everyone has experienced over the last couple years, Sangita and the school did an incredible job to pivot and ensure the kids came first without sacrificing valuable learning.Thank you to Sangita, Myrna, Rosa, Mirna, Rola and all the other amazing teachers at Building Kidz Concord, we will always be grateful to you!

My son Tyson has gone to Building Kidz since he was 10 months old and is now a bit over 4 years old. I really liked our teachers over the years, especially Ms Mary and Ms Rosa, who have both looked after him and genuinely care about his growth and development. Ms Mary has been especially helpful in this past year; she is a trusted resource towards my son's development (as he is neuroatypical/with ASD). I felt comfortable leaving him at Building Kidz while I worked full time. One of my favorite things that they've implemented is the use of an app that allows me to see hourly pictures and videos of my son while I'm at work. It's very reassuring to see what activities my son is doing, what meals and snacks he's gotten, and how his naptime has been for a fairly anxious first time mom like myself. I also loved that there is some curriculum and structured activities every day to promote learning or has a holiday theme. During the summer sometimes they will have bounce house days, inflatable pool days, and BBQs for the kids. Their playground area is very large---there is an area for each age and classroom. I also like that they incorporate music lessons, art time, dance teachers, and theater into the weekly schedule.I'm impressed with how well they have been able to handle the school during the pandemic. They always take my son's temperature at the door and parent can use the app to attest to a lack of symptoms before drop off. The director, Karen, always has a friendly, welcoming face.My son has had a lot of lovely memories at Building Kidz and has made friends here over the years. I would definitely recommend this school to other parents.

My son, Hanzel, started preschool here back in August 2020. At first, my husband and I were skeptical about him beginning preschool during COVID but after virtually touring the school and speaking with the management (Sangita & Kirsten) regarding our concerns, it put us at ease. We really wanted our son to socialize and be exposed to a learning environment with other kids his age. We decided to try for a month 2x/wk and HE LOVED IT! He was even potty trained within about a month, or course it took teamwork from both at home and at school but I love how we could interact with him through and app that the teachers use. They track meals, sleep time, and take photos of what he does with his class throughout the day. This especially really had me wanting him to continue going there because he's my first child, so I'm very attached to him (call him a mama's boy, it's true!) Let me tell you, his first day - i was a wreck because he was so excited to see "friends" he totally forgot about me and my husband had to call out to him to say "bye to mommy" Ugh, instead of him crying, I was crying in the car all the way home. Then i get notifications from that app I mentioned and seeing him in those pictures with his new friends was everything to me. He looked so happy! My husband and I were in love with the school and his teacher, Ms Mary. We love Ms. Mary - Hanzel always talks about Ms. Mary and his friends. It's so cute! We are grateful for the rest of the staff as well - everyone is really nice, always smiling & very welcoming!Fast forward in March, we had a tragedy in our family and the school was very accommodating of our requests to have Hanzel take a break for almost a month just so we could fly home to be with family. Sangita & Kirsten were very sympathetic and I am very appreciative that they understood and was patient with me and my family. I still continue to take him there 2x/wk. Although it's virtual, I really like how they add Music & Theater classes as well! So much fun stuff he was able to be a part of since he's been going there.

*****The only reason why I give them four stars is because of the teachers.*****The infant room in the ones room had amazing teachers. Seriously, so much love in those class rooms. I loved how they did music on Wednesday's. However when they hired Kiersten as director of operations under Sangitah, I really stopped liking the management side of the school. Kiersten is very unprofessional and shallow. She doesn't stick to what she says, she changes what she says. Especially when COVID first hit. She was a complete and utter mess. She was not reliable and had poor work ethic. Seriously, if it weren't for the teachers I would give this school 2 stars. We left building Kidz because of Kiersten and her train wreck of a directorship.

My kids love the teachers here. The facility is clean and safe, with plenty of space and activities for the kids. They have an app which they use to keep in contact with me. They send me pictures of whats going on during the day and also any events that is coming up, it also allows me to contact the teachers at any time.

I am unsure how many stars to give this school as I do not have a child attending. I do however walk by the play yard of this school daily and have been since it's opening. I feel that I can't not share what I witness every single day I walk by the outdoor play yard. I am sickened every day as I hear young children crying. I am angered as I hear staff yelling meanly and loudly at them. I'm not sure if there is parent participation/monitoring at the school or not but I hope so. What I hear is disturbing and breaks my heart. Hopefully what happens inside the building is better than what happens on the play yard.

I can't appreciate enough for their service! My kids (2 and 5) enjoy going there (part-time). They have a wonderful program for infant, toddler, preschool, and kindergarten, so I didn't need to worry about changing a program time to time. When I needed some adjustment with schedule, they were so willing to be flexible and supportive. The staff members are very kind, caring, and culturally diverse. They have a great curriculum to help kids expose to different topics and projects. They also have a big playground that kids can spend a time playing outside. My kids have made good friends, and I was able to trust that they are under good care.
