Ben was extremely helpful and patient. I never built concrete countertop, but guys at this store made this project extremely easy. It is definitely a lot of work, but I am happy with the result. I simply wouldn't be able to complete this project without Ben's help. The customer service is beyond belief. It is almost impossible to find this level of support, especially for DIYers like me. Ben answer every my question, often more than once, patiently and thorough. These guys know their concrete! Highly recommend for any and all of your concrete projects.”

“This review is based on customer service.Today, I unfortunately got a flat tire and the nearest spot was Dolans Lumber. I pulled over and immediately went inside to tell them I got a flat and had to park there until a tow came. It was 5pm and they close at 5:30pm. I was blown away by their response. I spoke to the 2 front lady’s in front and they could see I was having an anxiety attack. They immediately comforted me and told me to grab a water from their fridge and they would have the guys move my car to the gas station if my tow did not arrive before they closed.The entire team was so amazing. I am speechless at how comforting and helpful they were to a complete stranger. We are currently in the beginning stage of a home remodel, and I will now be a new customer. I am so thankful for this entire team. Little do we know, our thoughtfulness and kindness can make such a difference in someone’s life. Their response to my situation has now gotten them a customer. “They are very helpfull.carry most Construction supplys or tools.its a small street which makes it tight in our big truck with all the hd trucks and deliverys but not too bad.the folks are always ready to take and fill our orders quickly so we come here often.they have quality products so dont expect cheap stuff or prices.they do deliver so you can call and stay on the job or run on down for items.”

“We had a GREAT visit to Golden State Lumber. We were immediately impressed with the HUGE showroom... clean, inviting, and TONS to see and experience.Yvonne came over to welcome us. She was not only incredibly friendly, but also amazingly knowledgeable about all the windows and doors we wanted to review. She also had a few great alternatives and suggestions we hadn't heard of.Compared to a few other places we visited, we didn't feel any sales-pressure or bias towards a product that may not be a good fit. She was very interested in the balance between our budget and our wants/needs and kindly directed us accordingly... while patiently answering our endless questions.”

“So something about the brickyard contrary to almost any other material place most guys here are usually really nice fast and friendly I was taken care of by a young girl Hispanic girl I can't I didn't get her name but she was so helpful and so awesome and so nice I believe she went above and beyond trying to find and help me look for what I needed and the fastest possible way The guys at the yard were loaded in super fast I've had times where I need to load things on my truck and I do it on my own this young kid helped me out real fast and cut my time 1/2 so of course I give him a tip It may not be the whole world to him but I hope that he understood that I appreciated his efforts overall everyone that I encounter at this place was super nice and helpful thank you”

“I wasn't expecting to review Home Depot. But my last interaction I just wanted to share as it really was amazing. Customer service on multiple levels. It had been sometimes since I use my Home Depot card and that was not an option while I was shopping online. I did reach out to the customer service line and the gentleman was very helpful pleasant Was able to find me easily and we had a wonderful discussion. I added a fairly significantly priced item to my order at that time mainly because I just felt comfortable. Customer Service on the phone call was above and beyond. Now I had set both of my orders it had to be split, because the large one was coming from a different warehouse For delivery. A smaller order of some galvanized roofing material and a couple other things I set up for delivery. It was easy it was very inexpensive and it was at my house before I woke up look I've got access to trucks if I ask, I do have a utility trailer. It's kind of a pain in the you know what to hook up and get down there and get back home absolutely, wonderful experience with that delivery now I am able to jump to work first thing this morning with everything that I need. I will continue to shop at Home Depot. Thank you for the great service.”

“The way better option versus the orange big-box.This will be my go-to store. Great customer service, well organized, and they have 8-foot trucks available for rent at a rate of $20 for 3 hours (plus deposit).Purchased all my counter tops, cabinets, and bathroom fixtures for my home remodel. I will be shopping here in the future.”
