Very disappointed in the quality of service. I was initially quoted $1900+, after which I was then up charged $450 for “broken clips”, to which I immediately agreed. However, upon picking up my car, I discovered a .25” x .75” scratch clearly visible literally 1” from the main repair area (which encompasses an approximately 1SF affected area) which was NOT repaired. After pointing this out, the advisor apologized, said it would be fixed, that there was NO need to fill out additional paperwork and that he would have someone give me a ride back home. Sounded fair, as sometimes things happen.
He then left and returned minutes accompanied by the office manager who ever so sternly informed me that I had not originally directed her to repair that imperfection that was technically located on a trim piece and NOT on the quarter panel…as if I was a collision expert trained in proper collision-repair speak! Shame on obtuse me!
When I asked her how much it would cost to fix the small repair, she indicated $150 - to which I responded “But the repair work was $2350, so why would I have logically cared about spending just another $150? Why did you not point that out to me at the time, so that I would not be so inconvenienced as I am now being? It sure would have saved me a lot of time and hassle.“ After all, this is an $85,000 car, in flawless shape. So I did not think I was giving off “cheap” vibes when I originally met with her. She should have mentioned fixing that small spot because that is her job. Her response: “That is not how it works. We don’t simply start pointing out everything on the car that is wrong. Again - that is not how this business works.” I once again pointed out the obvious by saying: “But this scratch was literally in the same exact area as the 1 foot scratch, and exactly one inch away from the 1 foot scratch, so you could not miss it. Therefore, why would you not have given me the common courtesy of helping me out by asking me if I would like to have it fixed? That only seems like an obvious courtesy that you would have extended me. And furthermore, you would have made another $150.” Her answer: “That is not how it works.” Simply more robot- speak!
Well, all I can say to the management of Caliber Collision is: TELL YOUR PERSONNEL TO USE THEIR BRAINS. THEY ARE NOT ROBOTS. There are dozens of great collision repair shops out there from which to choose, and all of them do great work. What separates them is their personality, their personnel, and their customer service. Perhaps all that Caliber thinks is important is low price, but such a simple approach to your customer won’t grow your business, as I for one, will neither return for repair on any of my 6 cars, nor recommend Caliber ever again to a friend.

They did an awesome job in repairing my vehicle. As stated in the days it would be completed, I received it on time. I was truly amaze to receive my vehicle cleaned inside and out. I definitely recommend this repair shop for anyone who needs a collision repair.

Outstanding work! My passenger car door was dented when a pole jumped out and hit it!! Our car was left looking brand new, inside and out. We definitely recommend this shop.
