They worked with their installation crew to come up with some "outside of the box" solutions to specific needs we had with our stairs. Their crew was polite and hard working. When I found a tack sticking up, Patrick sent someone out the very next day to fix it.They sell different qualities of carpet, depending on your needs, and I was really happy to support a local business.”

“They took on my job and did a quick turnaround and accepted payment in escrow but the quality if the carpet is just so-so. I asked for carpet that wasn't "apt grade" as I was a contractor for a time and I know carpet but seems that's all they had for a quick install. So I took it. I will say the carpet looks great and I'm selling my home so not an issue but I know there are higher grades of carpet I could have gotten from Lowes or Home Depot at the same price. If you're in a hurry or just need a quick install these are your guys. They are just bit expensive for the quality of carpet.”
