They worked with their installation crew to come up with some "outside of the box" solutions to specific needs we had with our stairs. Their crew was polite and hard working. When I found a tack sticking up, Patrick sent someone out the very next day to fix it.They sell different qualities of carpet, depending on your needs, and I was really happy to support a local business.”

“They took on my job and did a quick turnaround and accepted payment in escrow but the quality if the carpet is just so-so. I asked for carpet that wasn't "apt grade" as I was a contractor for a time and I know carpet but seems that's all they had for a quick install. So I took it. I will say the carpet looks great and I'm selling my home so not an issue but I know there are higher grades of carpet I could have gotten from Lowes or Home Depot at the same price. If you're in a hurry or just need a quick install these are your guys. They are just bit expensive for the quality of carpet.”

“I contacted this company because my fiancé and I want to refinish our hardwood floors but it can be pricy especially for people on a budget like us so we thought we would DIY 1 room ourself to see if we could do it to save some money. I wanted some advice besides YouTube videos I've watched so I called top knot flooring and I believe I spoke to mike the owner and asked if he would give us some advice on how to do our floors. I was surprised with the amount of knowledge he gave us because I was sure he would just want us to hire him instead to make some money but it was the total opposite. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me step by step on what to do with our floors. Yes we did it and it was manageable but If you have the money and can pay for someone to do it, hire this company! I can tell they do great work and the communication is awesome.
