This place is a complete DUMP. You already know Chase bank is big time money. Can you then explain to me why the ATM area is ALWAYS FULL of garbage, litter, spilled drinks.... The ATMs are old, the outer one to the right is slow AF and the screen is shorting out and they both are extraordinarily glitchy. Then the party continues inside, where theres long lines, stained chairs, worn-out scratched up furnitire, and ONE (yes, ONE) banker in the building (of 3 people working total at 2pm on a Monday) considered competent enough to complete a legal name change, but whom cant, because shes booked with appointments. So sign in sheet like other Chase locations. You can sit in these thrift store chairs ans look around, hoping someone notices you. Theres a manager, whose on a customer service conference call, yet unable to assist customers due to that. Where the HELL does my $34 NSF fees (that you can NEVER reverse for me, even with good explanation) and my $24 a month checking account fees go if i can't use properly working ATMs free of garbage and homeless rubble or get my damn name changed??! A few clicks with my paperwork and were done. Busted out ass Chase.

Called in to speak With someone amazing, but today they must've been off. It seems more and more as I deal with this bank I run into rude people, unpleasant tellers, or policies that are not helpful to the average person. Even when you make large deposits the bank will sometimes hold the funds unusually long compared to their competitors. It's a sad day to say the chase bank is absolutely awful.

While most interactions at bank branches are run-of-the-mill and probably lead to a three star rating; Daniel and the team at Chase Bank on Clayton Road are the exception. When we moved to town, one of the very friendly relationship managers was so kind in helping to merge our accounts. When fraud compromise my checking account, Daniel V. was able to help resolve the issue in an expedient manner with the utmost kindness - he was the only one in the situation who went to bat for me, he was personally invested in the matter, and I really appreciate it. One has to take into account the fact that many times these employees are getting blamed for other's negligence or wrongdoing, as many of these lower reviews signify. However, I've banked with Chase for years, and will continue to do so because of the level of excellent customer service that Chase employees provide, which is so wanton in America today!

paid off 2nd Chase cc here. got it from amazon while buying calculators. $50 credit signing incentive. free for 30 days. $95/year thereafter. i canceled immediately after getting my amazon shipment. this Chase is easily seen from the street. convenient parking lot. entry doors minor irritant to locate (front, no clear path from parking lot: back, just one sign pointing the way) courteous service, short line, 3 tellers . sweet in & out. note: previous post linking chase to standing rock pipeline incorrect. saw list. chase is not on it. not protesting standing rock pipeline. i',m just a cheapskate saving a few buck$.

I've been a chase customer forever. This branch is below standards. It takes forever to do things with teller services as they usually only have one teller here. If your in a rush and require assistance this branch doesn't cut it.

Came to get a roll of quarters for laundry while out walking my dog. And they refused to exchange a $10 bill for a roll of quarters after I waited in line for 8 minutes! Said I had to swipe my arm card! For quarters?!? It will take you 2 seconds to reach in your till and grab a roll. Lost customer never will bank with chase! Btw I have been getting quarters here for 3+ years without an atm card! They easily could have said we will do this time but we can't next time. Jerks!!!!!!

Came into this branch to follow up on a claim that I had filed at another branch, due to a machine malfunction which resulted in the machine taking my money and then turning off,and not knowing the amount deposited in cash. I spoke with Javier L. who was absolutely wonderful. He took his time to call the claims department and find out what was going on. He let me know my options and how to go about several banking questions I had. He was very knowledgeable about the bank and its services. He really exceeded any expectations I had, and went over and beyond in customer service. From now on I will be handling all my banking with Javier at this branch.

This is the chase closest to my house so I walk here often. The people are super friendly and helpful! They are nice by letting my dogs always come in to bank with me :) Only complaint is I wish they'd allow you to enter their front door on Clayton Rd. instead of having to go around to the back door. There are also a lot of people always lingering around the parking lot so I suggest going in the bank instead of the ATMs out front for safety reasons.

nice location, and I used to go there ever since it used to be a WaMu location. the setup is nice, and has plenty of parking. However, service is SLOW. the tellers there really need to pick it up a bit. Often times i see business bankers setting there (not very busy as it seems), while there is a line of 7+ people in line. Not too happy about that.
