The best vet I have ever found, she's so dedicated, carefully, supportive, she takes her time with her patients ,I'm so lucky and grateful that I have found her and that my little guinea pigs is the best care. I highly recommend her.

For several years I have attended this Pet hospital with my cat and I am always satisfied with the service. Several bad reviews here are a great surprise for me. The doctor is always very attentive, very polite and professional staff, and prices are reasonable. I always have an appointment so can not complain that I wait for a long time, not more then 15-20 minutes, which seems also ok for me. I definitely recommend this Pet hospital!

AVOID THIS PRACTICE!!! They only have a 5 star rating from reviews 3+ years ago, something has definitely changed since then. I had a HORRIBLE first experience which is why i will not be back. I scheduled an appointment, showed up on time, and was stuck waiting almost 30 minutes in the waiting room when the practice was seriously empty. Then when i was put in a room with my pet, I WAITED ANOTHER 45 MINUTES. While waiting, the door to the back room was open. I was able to see Dr. A and her techs buzzing around the back room talking about some machine that wasnt working properly. I 100% guarantee they forgot about me. I wasnt even updated or a simple "we'll be right with you". After i kept eyeing Dr. A, she finally came into the room and this is where the fun started. I've never met such an arrogant, rude, know-it-all, no-time-for-you person in my life. She barely spoke to me unless it was to scold me about my animal's care. When i asked questions, they were either unanswered or completely disregarded while she went off on a tangent. My pet is also small (can fit in your hand), which she WAVED AROUND WITH HER HAND MOTIONS AS SHE SPOKE TO ME!!! I thought she may be drunk - this was not how a professional should act at all. Then, after the visit, i was charged an exam fee when that is NOT what i was in for and i was told i would NOT be charged for it before entering the exam room. She didnt even examine my pet or let me know how his health was, she literally just trimmed something on my pet. What else i found gross was the practice itself. It doesnt look like its been cleaned or updated since 2002. There was also a vet techs dog behind the desk licking his paw which was really gross looking. apparently they were waiting until the practice closed for the day to examine the employee's dog.TL;DR Overall, not a place i'd recommend to anyone. Wait for them to be bought out or go out of business and cross your fingers that someone ethical and clean comes in.

Despite The “Veterinarian’s Rule” & Dog Bite Law in California, the vet who attempted to give my dog his shots today called and threatened to get police involved and have my dog quarantined after a bite.I left the building after being dismissed by a vet tech. They called back to say I needed to pay for all the services I did not receive which I regret to say I did.I do not believe this establishment is capable of handling more than a small dog or cat.Assumption of risk comes with the job and I was not offered help with restraint (personnel or device).Doctor was rude and condescending before the incident so I can’t say I’m surprised at the way she handled an easily foreseeable event. How they have a 4+ star average with so many 1 star warnings, I couldn’t tell you.

Called and said I was new to the area and looking for a new Vet. I asked about getting my dog spayed. I was quoted $1,200. When I questioned the price she was snarky and said around here it was normal. I wasn't impressed. Needless to say I will be going somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible place. Do not recommend they overcharged for doing nothing . I took my parakeet to the vet because she got injured and his leg is injured and can’t move properly is her wing( when she tries to fly she falls). I told them about her condition and the only thing they did was clip her nails when we never asked for her nails to be clipped ?( didn’t even ask for permission) then the avian vet came to us to get us taht our bird is doing great and she started lecturing us abt the things we never asked she was trying to drag the convo on and not the answering the questions I asked about my bird’s situation ( completely ignored). We waited 30-40 mins until they registered us. Charged us $86 for just doing a " exam ”. We didn’t ask for an exam we asked for her to solve the problem with her foot n wing. Absolutely horrible place I wasted my money there and my bird is not “ WELL “ at all. 0/10 DONT go!! Wish I could rate them a 0 star. -0/5

Took my reptile to this vet and she was more interested in searching in books then examining my baby. I spent 30 minutes waiting for this quack, she obviously knows nothing about exoctic animals if she had to research about my reptile in order to see him. I left, this crappy place wasn't about to get one red cent from me for looking at a book and knowing nothing about my reptile. My baby is sick and I needed help and all I got was a fake vet trying to make a profit. I will figure out how to help my little guy without dragging him again to a useless money hungry vet. Where are the real vets who are passionate about helping animals?

The vet is a very awesome animal loving kind woman, I have been with this vet for over 10 yrs now and I honestly don't have 1 negative experience only positive wonderful things to say. I never feel like they are overcharging and taking advantage as many other vets have done and do. In fact she has gone above and beyond for my baby Poncho ( my Chiweenie) when she had to put him out for a dewclaw emergency she took care of other things he needed without charging me. I am so grateful for all the staff they are wonderful animal loving people if I could give them 10+ stars I would because they definitely deserve it in my eyes.

They charge for everything. We had a dog neutered There and they charged an “office visit” to remove stitches. Never heard of that before and was not told of charges ahead of time. Don’t use this vet!

Ehh. Came in to get my cat checked out a month and a half ago, they did blood work on him and took that from his leg, and he still can't walk properly. Won't be going back.
