Buying our 2009 Honda Fit from Concord Auto 1 was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Nic was absolutely amazing from start to finish, kind, honest, and incredibly professional. He made everything feel effortless. The entire process was smooth, we were approved within minutes, and our registration arrived in less than two weeks.
What really stood out to us was Nic’s compassion. Shortly after buying the car, we had a small issue with the A/C. The way he handled it showed the kind of person he is , genuine and caring. He immediately took action, sincerely apologized, and made sure the issue was fixed right away. Within just a couple of hours, it was working perfectly again at no additional cost and we haven’t had a single problem since.
It’s rare to find someone in car sales who truly cares about people the way Nic does. His sincerity, professionalism, and empathy turned what could have been a stressful experience into something truly positive. We left feeling taken care of and completely confident in our purchase.

For many years my family have purchase cars at this dealership. Family oriented awesome deals, owners well help you every step of the way and will take his time to find you a good deal that fits your needs and wallet. I super recommend my father bought me my fist car here with Ali and now I just purchased my daughter her fist care. Good cars until this day with have the cars that we have bought from here.

Nik, the owner of Concord Auto 1, is incredibly genuine, honest, and upfront—no nonsense whatsoever. He’s super organized and clearly takes pride in the cars he sells. You can tell he only buys the best vehicles and doesn’t let anything get past him.
Nik and Ted are amazing people who truly went above and beyond to make me feel like family. I’m so happy with my purchase of a Toyota Corolla, and I completely trust that Nik wouldn’t sell me anything less than a great car. He even told me he’s always there for me if I ever need anything, which was so reassuring and shows how much he cares about his customers.

This is the second vehicle I purchased from Concord Auto 1. Nik and his team (Ted, Jeff) are great people. I purchased a Camry in March but unfortunately I had a car accident, car was totaled. Went back to the shop to see a car that I saw in their website. I told Nik about the accident, the following day, he send Ted to pick me up at my place to do a test drive. Great customer service. Check their website, if you see something that you like, go to the shop and talk to Nik and his team!

I definitely recommend Concord Auto 1 if you’re looking for your next car. They are amazing!
After being in a car accident and having an emotional couple of weeks dealing with everything that goes along with that, finding Concord Auto 1 was like finding family. Ted welcomed me and my daughter in and help us every step of the way. He answers all of our questions and I never felt like I was being pressured into anything. Nick really came through and got me the best deal I could have hoped for. I wound up getting a used 2018 Toyota Sienna and I love it!!! Thank you guys!

We bought a used 2015 Toyota Corolla from Concord Auto 1 for our teenaged son. Earlier this year I bought a car from Carmax and was disappointed- in price and service- so my expectations were low. However, the gentlemen at Concord Auto 1 were wonderful, we didn't feel any pressure, and we also felt like they knew our car well. The price of the car was very fair and the car is in great condition. I feel like we made an excellent choice and we'll happily buy from them again!

Just bought my first car from Nic earlier today, and I first came to this lot because my parents had gotten a car from him a few years back and spoke very highly of him and I see why. I had no credit and wasn’t sure if I would be able to walk away with a car but Nic had gone over financing and broke everything down for me multiple times before we went over the paperwork. He was very thorough in explaining each piece and was very friendly, he kept saying he treats his customers as if he’s an uncle and he’s helping out family and it did feel like that when he had helped us. I was planning to do a bigger down payment at first but after talking he had explained how to build my credit with paying off the Honda I bought, while also paying the car off sooner. When you go onto the car lot they have a good amount of cars onsite that you can see from the website, I had checked the CarFax for the Honda I got and he also printed them out for me when going over the paperwork. The whole process was quick and seamless, and they have a good inventory to choose from. They stand behind all their vehicles and offer help where they can. They also fixed some minor cosmetic scratches and whatnot and had added a clear coat (to protect the paint since the car was all black), and he also went over each feature of the car with me explaining some features I hadn’t even noticed at first that were very cool. They are very nice and will try to work something out for you, without screwing you over. Definitely a great experience with the cars and the owner, would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car.

Update: 4years later, my car still runs really well. I have never had to have any major repairs. Regular maintenance only.
