Our 2001 Toyota Tacoma V6 is a great truck, but it had been sidelined for years due to medical issues, sitting under a tree without even an oil change. Taking it to Concord Auto Service was the best decision we could have made.
From the start, we were impressed. Our service advisor, Anthony, made us feel listened to and carefully taken care of. Their use of technology was a game-changer; they immediately sent a link to a detailed list of needed work, so I didn't have to struggle to understand technical details over the phone. Anthony stayed in constant contact, ensuring we were informed and comfortable with every step.
They completed the work more quickly than estimated. When we picked up the truck, we were blown away by the extra mile they went: the owner comped us some parts due to the large job, they had cleaned the interior, and even power-washed the truck bed, which had literally become one with the tree it was parked under. As a final touch, they ran out and changed our windshield wipers for us.
We now have new tires and the peace of mind that our old Tacoma is safe and reliable for the long haul. Took my Xterra here to extract a seized lower control arm bolt and do an alignment. They also found my rear axle was out of alignment. They gave me a reasonable quote for all this work and were very responsive and friendly. I'll definitely come back for future maintenance!

Anthony and his crew are great. I came here after purchasing a new set of tires on my wife's car looking for an alignment (because my usual mechanic doesn't do alignments). Anthony reached out to let me know that while he could align the vehicle, it would make more sense to first replace the lower control arms, which had cracked bushings and had limited life left. I thanked him for his diagnosis and let him know that I'd take care of that piece of my usual mechanic, which he completely respected. Came back a few days later and received an excellent alignment service. I'll most definitely be back in the future. Anthony and his crew are honest, communicative, and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic that will make sure their car is safe and running well.

The people have to be more helpful then be greedy. Karma always comes back. That's why 1 star so people will know, better to find another place where people not greedy and deserve work. Never go there . The people over there not friendly

I have been going to Concord auto for many years. They have always treated me very kindly and professional. The price is always reasonable. My recent repair on my old SUV was a leaking fuel pump. There’s a lot of work to be done to replace it, but I had my car back in a day. Totally recommend this automotive service.
