I'm at the labcorp writing this review wishing I could give zero review for the worst customer service from the man at the window . His attitude is unbelievable!! He is very mean ..

honestly, this trip was quite a journey. at first, i was taken aback and disrespected. upon my arrival, i use their virtual self check in and once i finish i hear the man (lean, dark, relatively young possibly mid 20s-30s) working the front desk asking a question that was something like "do you know how many labs were doing?". i look over and begin to respond and i guess suddenly he doesn't know how to speak because he just raises his hand and waves me to the side to tell me that he wasn't talking to me. honestly that was rude af. after a few minutes wait though, things turn around as miss Christine helps me out. she's a bundle of joy and just sunshine incarnate. we vibe about just living life and having a good time while you can. not only this but the blood draws were very nice and clean and painless. miss christine is truly an icon, the epitome of what an ideal employee is!!! someone get her a raise!!! (sorry if you find this and i'm spelling your name wrong though lol) yeah anyways miss christine was 6 stars but dude at the front desk was a -2.

What a difference. Lab Corp has become more pleasant, helpful, and efficient than when they first opened up a number of years ago. My phlebotomist was a young man who was kind and personable. You can also make an appointment if you are going to be there at busy times (early mornings) to avoid waiting (darn I always forget that).

Did a walk-in this morning for basic blood work. This was the first time ever coming to this location and I wasn't sure of the whole process. The lady behind the counter advised me I needed to check in using the kiosk. You need to make sure to have your driver's license and your medical card (if you have one). I waited a few minutes and was taken back. My tech (forgot her name) was super friendly and walked me through everything. She was great. It literally took 10 minutes and I was done. Overall a fantastic experience. The staff was helpful and very welcoming.

This Lab has hours that are always changing on a whim and ridiculous. Plan to get your kits and draws at other places. We've gone on two separate days now when the times were different than the previous day. Ridiculous.

I went to this Lab Corp facility for a urine test and blood panel of tests, just over a week ago. When I got there, I had to check in electronically on scanner device, they now use. There were several patients waiting and the office lab tech kept telling everyone, they were closing at 11 a.m., due to having only part time techs, that day. However, anyone wishing to stay could still get their test done. She suggested to some patients, that they go across town to another Lab Corp facility. Obviously, this was a chaotic situation... I did get my test done and was out before 11 a.m. While the results of the urine test were available the next day, I've been waiting for the blood panel results for over a week. I called my doctor yesterday only to find out, that the lab only tested my PSA level, but NOTHING else! They had the orders sent electronically from the doctor, but somehow skipped the majority of the tests! Now, I have to fast again for another 12 hours and go back! This is highly incompetent and I recommend going to one of the JMMC labs, where they have a larger staff. So, be sure they are performing the tests for all of the ones your doctor orders!

I'm a big fan of this location! Yup, I said it! Customer service was amazing from the moment I walked in. With COVID-19 measures in place I hesitated coming in to get lab work done but I made an appointment the morning of my request and received an appointment within two hours. Finding the location was pretty simple and easy. They have a parking lot so that's a big plus. As COVID-19 measures are in place, they are only allowing four people in the office. The waiting area is pretty small, so it's understandable. They have 2-3 staff working in the office and tons of patients coming in at a time. The staff here do well under pressure, especially the front counter representative, Christine, who did such a phenomenal job assisting people as they come in and ensuring everyone felt comfortable, and keeping COVID-19 safety measures in place. Drawing my blood was the one and only Victoria! Such great personality and made the 5 min experience a joy. Drawing my blood is not the easiest and finding that darn tricky vein is another story, but she was able to do it with no problems. A huge thank you to both staff for such a great experience. This is my new fav LabCorp! I'll be back!

2nd blood draw here this month and it was breeze.. plenty of appointments available online when I scheduled. Great and friendly front desk staff. I waited no more than 8-10min and both times the phlebotomist was PRO!! I'm a tough draw and on both occasions it was over before it started.. the young man (sorry I forgot his name) and Lisa are AWESOME!! Very friendly, kind and professional! Thank you guys for such excellent service!

In some ways I think a Lab Corp is a Lab Corp is a Lab Corp. There's not much of a difference between them except the person who is sticking the needle in your arm. I do believe it's the same here. The environment is the same when you walk in. Little check in stations you can use, but post COVID they are utilizing checking in on your phone which is great. They also require appointments now, so there aren't walk ins waiting around, which, for someone who likes to plan ahead, is also a good thing. If you are someone who does things last minute, I could definitely see this being annoying! The thing with this place is I will get the text to come in, that they are ready for me, but I'll still end up waiting about 10 minutes to get my blood drawn. Lisa is the one phlebotomist here you can really trust no matter what. I always feel good when she's about to do my draw, she's attentive, careful and never leaves a bruise! She is absolutely great at what she does. The others that work here... I'm not so sure. Timmy drew my blood once and honestly seemed like he wanted to be ANYWHERE else. Lo and behold, I had a huge bruise on my right AC for about 6 days after that. That's actually the first and only time I've ever gotten a bruise in that spot from the numerous blood draws I've had in my time. I have huge veins that make vampires drool, so I never really have problems. But honestly, with Timmy, he seemed so uninterested and didn't even brace my arm when he stuck the needle in, that's the main reason the bruise happened. The last thing I'll say is they'll often try to fill all their rooms before helping the first person who was there (with the first appointment). So even though you are first you could end up waiting until all the rooms are filled before you get your blood work done. It can be a bit frustrating. I will continue to go here when necessary because it's convenient and close to my house! But not always the best experience. Really depends who you get and how many people are there!

Slow as usual, short of Staff... they have a self check in system that allows you to check in yourself! I was clearly there first but someone else got seen before me. Wait time is not as bad as some of the other locations

I have never had a bad experience at either of the 2 LabCorp facilities I use (a shut out to the High School St local in Concord) . And this last draw was no different. Efficient, helpful and friendly staff. I was joking with our (my 16 year old son was with me for COVID testing) tech Victoria the whole time. She was simply wonderful!!! I would SO recommend coming here for any testing you may need. Now that I've said that- with all the COVID protocols in place- call and make an appointment. It'll go much more smoothly. We waited about 5-10 minutes to be seen only because there were a lot of people there for testing at 9:30 am. But no complaints from us. We were in and out quick! Thanks Victoria, I never felt a thing! And my son said it you made it "tickle"! Not sure how you made that happen, but we loved your amazing technique and personality! Leah

I seriously could not believe how me the patient was treated yesterday. We got to to this lab ten minutes prior to them closing. I came to this one because we were coming against traffic to go home and plus my work is right across the parking lot! How convenient would that be since I'm pregnant and could get my lab work done on lunch. Anyways, the receptionist who was male, was very nice. He was checking us in and whoever the lady was which had to be the one who does the blood work. Basically pushed us out and sent us to a different location. She also said she didn't want to sit around and wait for results..... I work in the medical field and with patient for the last 7 years and 2 years as a surgical tech. I would never talk so rudely or kick out a patient. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! Worse part when we got to the other location, we told them what happened here. The receptionist gave me the supervisor number and email to tell him about this issue. Which I do plan too. Because Lab Corp has the policy they can't turn a patient down even if it was a minute to closing. This is just awful ! Seriously you guys need to get your act together. I'll be seeing you guys everyday across the parking a lot.

I have been to this location maybe 5 times over the last 6 months for blood work. It's located near my primary doc so I just walk over. I usually come in around lunch time or mid afternoon. I never have made an appointment but usually the wait is minimal if any. There is one gal who seems to run the place- she also draws blood. She's very friendly and also good at what she does.

I have been doing monthly and sometimes weekly labs here for almost a year. I always get good service and the phlebotomists (the ones who do blood draw) are very skilled. Very happy here.
