I just leased a Kia EV 6 2025 electric vehicle two months ago. The rear tire, Nexen N. Fera Supremes 234-550-19 has a side wall puncture and need to be replaced. Despite this being one of Kia's best selling models, they cannot find another Nexen tire anywhere. It has been TWO weeks.
Kia's solution is to require me to purchase two tires of another brand even though, my new car only needs one. How can a responsible car company not have backup tires for a best selling model?
This is my second EV from Kia. I would encourage others to think hard before purchasing a car from this manufacturer.

This car store is comical. Staff is like the line of laborers hanging out at the Home Depot Parking lot. I came in to possibly purchase a car and some guy named Sebastian seemed a little too casual for my liking. Other staff was not very interested in working. Maybe the heat or just not motivated to serve? Maybe hungover? Not sure what is going on here. I’ll buy a Toyota.

Took my 2025 Kia in with an extra 3,000 warranty……. Long story short I was asked to leave and Sebastian refused service…….. I have a noise coming from the engine area and they refuse to look into the problem point blank…… I highly suggest that you cross the street and purchase a Toyota…..

I brought my brand 2025 Kia Sportage in because I heard some rattling noises while driving in the dash I left it. They said they looked at it and they found the license plate was loose and said they fixed it. While driving home, I heard the same rattles so I tried to bring it back today. I had an appointment and then I was told they refuse my service. This is a new car warranty that I need serviced, but I was refuse to get service from this Kia dealership. I will be riding to their main office regarding this issue that Sebastian was unable to help me with and even refuse my service.

Terrible experience. I came in to ask about leasing an EV, and when I asked for prices, the salesperson said they don’t give prices unless I agree to lease the car that same day. How can anyone make such a big decision without knowing the cost first? Very unprofessional. If this is how you treat customers, maybe sales isn’t the right job for you.

I love this dealership. My Tesla was totaled recently, and I needed a car quickly. Other dealerships played the whole we need you to come into the dealership so you can look in person and fill out a credit app yada yada. I made one call to Concord Kia, and they had the deal finalized before I ever walked in. I changed my mind as I decided on a cheaper model and a lease instead of financing. They were invaluable with this as well and didn't try to push me into a pricier model like other dealers have done with me in the past. Concord Kia has earned a customer for life.

I had an appointment at 10:45 today, and the guy told me that they’re backed up and they would not be able to get to my car for a few days. I have never heard of this before. Take your car somewhere else. I would not buy or service a car at this lousy dealership….save yourself the headache.

I just purchased a 2026 Kia Carnival Hybrid from Kia Concord and had a good experience. They were up front on the pricing, there we no changes on the price from what we texted beforehand, and there was no hard selling on any extras. I was surprised at how smoothly it went after having issues at other dealerships. I also appreciated them taking a few minutes after I had purchased to help set up some of the electronic features.

I had a such bad experience at this location.
TABETHA from service center was rude, unprofessional, didn't care at all.
Brought new 2025 kia for warranty repair. Had 2 come back 2 times because they didn't took a good look. Then had to wait parts for a few days, and when the part came they said it was damaged so they had to reorder had to wait again. Didn't gave me a rental or loaner.

Bad experience try to nickel and dime you a lot of BS never been so disappointed in buying a new car, but I had to buy one not to be trusted. Had a quote and changed in when I was about to buy the car. And it’s all document on my texting. They treated a deal like a stock market because I had a car to trade in. You kept on saying the car was dropping in value which they sold to a used car lot. Sebastian general manager not to be trusted.
