Took my 2019 Kia optima there a little over a month ago for inspection and routine oil change. Now here I am 1 and a half months later with my front brakes completely worn out and in need of a new rotor. My question is if y’all inspected and did a thorough inspection why wasn’t it brought to my knowledge my front brakes would need to be replaced ASAP. Got charged 400 something dollars for and oil change and an inspection and I feel it wasn’t worth it at all. AND to top it all off before they even inspected my car I told them my car was making a strange sound when I would brake anyways and they said it’s just the axle this is completely unacceptable that I told y’all my concerns and it wasn’t even looked into at all. RIDICULOUS

I contacted the sales manager, Sebastian, interested in a Stinger. He let me know they were not available due to production being reduced, but steered me toward the EV6. Even though I was not as interested in an EV, he told me exactly what I needed to hear to pique my interest. He set me up with Brenna to do a test drive. The Limited Edition GT-Line caught my eye and after driving it for 15 minutes I was hooked. The purchasing experience was nothing short of a pleasure as they detailed the car while I was signing the paperwork. After that short work was done, Brenna took the time to show me how to use just about every feature the car had. Being a very technical person who wants to know how everything works, I was delighted to drive away with literally zero questions and complete confidence in my new EV6. I can't thank the team enough. This is the place to go when you're ready to look at the quality vehicles offered by Kia.

If I can give "0" stars I would, I was plan to upgrade a vehicle and KIA Telluride is top of my list.I walked in the Concord Kia, want a test drive and I wanna know how I feel driving the car.My first bad impression from the sells person is "We want to keep the car mileage as low as possible". Seems like he didn't want me to test drive not know what vehicle I want or specs I needed?!?! The way he talked and looked at me makes me feel so small, so races. I never get treated like this anywhere else.He can keeps his mileage low and keep the car for himself, with the attitude like this he can't drive that far in his careers.On the way I walked back to my car, I called my boyfriend and told him what happened and how I feel about it (he is white and not trash), so he decided to drive from home to the dealer right away, sure enough they let him test drive the KIA telluride with no questions!!! and all of this happened in 30mins.This is how they treat peoples in different race and color, please do not bother to buy a car here.

This dealership is terrible. The service dept is terrible at returning calls. I am dealing with a service advisor and he never answers the phone and rarely returns my calls. My car has been at the dealership since 9/25 due to a faulty part in the car. I got everything straightened out with the warranty company the other day and the service guy just needed to call the warranty company to get work done on the car which he said he would do this past Wed. I found out today from the warranty company that Kia hasn't called them yet. So, for the third day in a row, I have called the service guy at Kia and left a message. So do not go to this dealership. Go to Vacaville Kia. They are way better.

I don't know why four other people who got here after me left before me, but I do know that when I went to get my car, the guy with a shit eating grin told me it was parked around the corner. Around the corner was far away as it could be from the door and not actually be out on the street. I had never been there before and had said please and thank you so I don't see how I could have offended anyone. So I don't know whether or not to believe they actually did the update or not.

I’m very transparent and concise. Each and every time I go there they are telling me something different as if i never had a conversation or service with them. Too much to text but I will contact Corporate, my attorney, and the news channel on them! They are intentionally trying to wait out the expiration of my extended warranty so that I pay out of pocket. I just recently had a meeting with the General Manager, Service Manager, and the service tech in the office because I’m tired of the lies!!! Because I’m a woman and come alone they think I don’t know about my car or what they tell me but I’m going to show them don’t play with me or what it mines. I will raise hell just like they are causing hell for me!

Took my 2016 Kia Sorento for blinking check engine light knowing that it is possible that it would be covered under the life time warranty for bearing connecting rod issue. Everything lined up. Customer service by service adviser Rick was immaculate. Diagnosis by the automotive tech was superb. Definitely would not hesitate to take my vehicle to this particular dealership for service. Thanks Service Adviser Rick and Concord Kia!

Great experience at Concord Kia. They gave me the best price in the area and didn't spend hours or even days trying to go back and forth over the pricing.Brenna was great in that she showed us all the details of the vehicle but we never felt pressure to buy that day. All of the finance and warranty options were explained very clearly to us.They spent a good amount of time going over all the features of the vehicle and ensuring we understood everything. Overall a fantastic place to get a vehicle. Plus Kia's warranty is the best there is!

My recent experience buying a new car at Concord Kia was great! Eva was amazing and provided top-notch service! She took the time to explain the car's features and functions, and helped me set up Kia apps on my phone. Eva was very helpful, nice, detail-oriented, and her service was outstanding!The sales manager, Chris, was also great! He was very nice, honest, and gave me a good deal on the purchase of my new Kia K5.I highly recommend Concord Kia for anyone looking to buy a car. Eva, Chris, Michael, and the staff are friendly and provide excellent service!

First I called for information about a warranty, but the phone went to voice mail to leave a message. Then they left me a message to come in person to set up an appointment. My next appointment is set in June to diagnose the problem. The staff was friendly and courteous. The telephone system should change. There are too many people sitting at the desk and not taking calls to set up appointment.

If you're looking to buy a Kia, don't do it here! The CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! We were looking to buy a new Kia hybrid Niro or Sorrento and was told that it won't be available until Monday. But that wasn't the problem. The problem is that the chick with the long hair just left us without any care to answer anymore questions and left us hanging. The rest of the sales people did the same thing. If she was a sales person, she's an idiot because I was ready to pay in cash. When my brother asked for a card, she gave me a card of Sebastian, the sales manager, and didn't even bother to give her name. What a jerk.

Great experience, unmatched service. Eva was nice and helpful. She explained and walked us through new cars available, trim levels, perks of every car that we were interested in. Chris, the manager, gave us a great council on financing.Even thou the was a storm that day and troubles with Internet Service Provider, they went beyond the call of duty to help us purchasing of the car.Most pleased with experience. Me and my wife are now happy owners of a new Kia Forte 2023.

This review is strictly for Eva! Because unfortunately my sister and brother in law came to this same Kia a few months earlier and was completely ignored by 2 other male salesman, who went right passed them to greet 2 other couples (I'm pretty sure you figure out why). They then left and purchased a vehicle elsewhere that same day.I did arrive with my brother in law kind of as a fluke with NO intentions to buy from Kia. We just went to check since they were so close to Toyota and we had no luck at Toyota either.Eva, immediately greeted us and then pushed for an AMAZING deal on the car and the bumper-to-bumper coverage.THANK YOU EVA! If we come back, it will only be to deal with you. Thank you for not being judgmental and being a real, true soul.
