The Mazda team were helpful and nice. I am a bit frustrated because my car broke down while I was traveling and I couldn’t get it looked at except between appts since I didn’t have an appt and because the tech that ended up working on it was off one of those days which left me without my car for a week and I had no info on what was happening with it except the first phone call to establish what the issue was and one nearly a week later with the problem finally found. Once found, it was fixed quickly which I appreciate. I understand people call out and have days off but to not be notified for days about the status of my car was frustrating as I live out of town and was traveling for work. Maybe Mazda could leave a few appts open for people who have car trouble to get customers back on the road faster. It would also be nice to get daily updates, even by text, so we know what is happening. The staff were great just the overall experience was frustrating.

I bought my Mazda at Concord Mazda in 2014 and, since then, have returned to their service department for recommended
checkups. I usually request to see Eric because he is always clear, realistic, informative, and kind. The other people I’ve dealt with there have been helpful as well. I appreciate the video reports from the technicians who have worked on my car. Jobs done have been effective.

The service center is just wonderful to work with! I have brought my Mazda in twice now for routine service and they are very professional and friendly. Everything is clearly explained to me - there are no hidden fees or trying to suggest unnecessary work. I like the video you get from the service technician so you can see everything. Highly recommend!
