Long overdue review as my last visit was in October. Bottom line the vet Gill Gurjeet is a crook. I came here because this clinic ALWAYS was available when I needed an emergency visit and I can see why. Gurjeet makes up diagnoses and lies about being concerned for your pet. His exams are bogus and you'll realize that everything he recommends is not necessary and when you do ask him for a recommendation he isn't sure of himself so will talk in circles. My dog was brought in for vomiting. Gurjeet handled the appointment and made it seem he can get to the bottom of my dog's vomiting. Did not mention at all that he wouldn't be able to treat my dog. He recommended several tests and exams and requested I send him all of my pets records so he can create a treatment plan. When the bloodwork and results came in I thought it would include a report explaining the findings. So I asked based on the results to explain the bloodwork as well as offer a recommendation based on the results as he mentioned for me to start giving my dog omega 3s but couldn't suggest a actual brand as he didn't want to be liable but if you have all my dogs records in front of you you should know what's safe to recommend my dog you should be an expert hence the title "Dr". After going back and forth trying to figure out why he didn't follow up as promise with a treatment plan he agitatedly provides a unofficial 2 sentence visit summary stating that he told me to see a specialist (not true). My thing is how are you going to say you can help my dog and then once I pay for all the testing and send you all of his records to create a treatment plan like you said you then play dumb and act that you never said you were working on a treatment plan then send me a quick 2 sentence visit summary saying that you told me to see a specialist. Just save your money and literally go anywhere else in concord!

Love them. Sweet with my cat, staff is friendly and patient, good vibes all around. Apparently this post needs at least 85 characters but we all know how busy we are so in essence, they are great.

I visited the clinic and saw Dr Chhina for my dog, Tyson. When Tyson was hit by a car, we had visited an emergency clinic that attempted to charge us $1000+ for x-rays. I understand veterinary care is expensive but that sounded quite high. Thankfully, our experience at Concord Veterinary Clinic was a breath of fresh air. Dr. Chhina's approach was both thorough and compassionate. Not only did she conduct a comprehensive examination and x-rays for Tyson, but she also took the time to explain the process. Although his healing process would be long, Dr Chhina kept checking in to ensure Tyson was able to walk again. We were given a quote before any treatment so that there would be no surprises which I appreciated. In our moment of need, Dr. Chhina's expertise and genuine care truly shone. It's a relief to have found a veterinary clinic that aligns with our values of empathy.

Indie and I had a wonderful experience at our visit. It meant a lot to me to be seen the same day and I felt that the doctor was truly invested in his care and wants to make sure he gets better. The rest of the staff from reception to the techs I spoke with were all very kind and helpful as well. I’ve had a difficult time finding a new veterinary office and I’m really looking forward to coming back with Indie for his regular care after his current issues resolve. Thanks again for your awesome service!

I only went here due to the quick availability. In my opinion this outfit is only after the money $, rather than than what best for my aging pet.Id recommend going elsewhere if you want a honest assessment over huge bills.

The staff, the vet, and the technicians were all very understanding of my dog's fear of the vet and were accommodating beyond reasonable expectations. Everyone was upbeat and positive. We appreciated the understanding and effort so much.

My dogs nails are always really long. Concord Vet clipped them very short and even the black nails, which I know were very hard to do, were done perfectly! Thank you again… will always return.

Negative 5 stars ! Avoid this place at all costs! The female Indian doctor was extremely rude, impatient with my questions, and had little to no knowledge to offer after ordering a bunch of tests on our 8yr old dog. Of course when she first met us she acted kind and understanding. We came in scared due to a quarter sized red bump on our dogs chest. The red mass was at first treated as a "bug bite" and then after a week of no change we ordered a biopsy. After $1000 in testing and three weeks of waiting for the vet lady to call, she had ZERO answers in regards to the mass on our dogs chest and alleged thyroid, liver, and pancreatitis results on the blood work she ordered. She wanted to keep ordering tests! That's where we started questioning her care. Sure you can blame us for not knowing enough and falling for it, but at the end of the day, we were definitely fooled into thinking our dogs test results were more alarming than they really were. She claimed he had pancreatitis, was obese, could have thyroid and liver issues... etc. Yet after a second opinion, we realized that this doctor exaggerated the truth on all four of those issue ( we even had the new vet use the same blood work results this horrid vet order and received) Our new vet apologized for Concord Vets unethical care. Of course when we tried to ask concord clinics vet more questions about her exaggerations she became passive aggressive and told us to find care somewhere else! After $1000 in tests she asked us to find care somewhere else! Lol no duh lady but we wanted to give you a chance to explain yourself! Clearly there was nothing you could say because you're a lying scheming *****! Not sure how someone can't be allowed to ask questions when you tell them that their pet isn't doing well. She had us scared for three weeks and later I was told by her assistant the test results were in with a week but she was "backed up on calling patients". Just wow, not okay. Our doggie is doing well. The mass is benign and has finally reduced in size and going away on its own. I'm 1000% if we had continued care here we would have continued to bleed out money.
