I've noticed over the past several months (since the remodel at Concord) the line to a gas pump moves very quickly- Lately there is no wait & a pump is available as soon as I drive up. Price at Costco for gasoline is always the lowest price around!

Wow! I recently moved into this wonderful town, definitely coming back!! I met wonderful Alex Sanchez, he was so helpful, a true gentleman! Costco do your thing, give this wonderful guy a raise or a promotion, let him be part of the hiring team!

I can't tell you how many times I've come all the way here only to find the station closed during their normal business hours. They put out cones to block the entrance and you can see tons of cars come by and turn around. They never tell anyone or post it anywhere! How hard would it be to update Google maps? Still Closed at 715 am tues 9/9/25, this is the 5th time this year alone this happened. Get it together Costco!

It's only 8:15pm Sat and they've already blocked all the gas entrances. Change your operating hours instead of 8:30pm. Waste of time coming here. Could've got to the Antioch station instead.

I had a great experience at the Costco gas station thanks to Alex Sanchez. He went out of his way to help me with pumping gas, and I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Today for the first time I let an employee do pre checkout. He missed an item so I had to go back and pay for a $4 item. From checkout till I got to my car was about 45 minutes. In that time all my frozen food thawed out and now I have to go back and return $50+ in frozen food that is now questionable. Just got home and even the lunch meat is warm to the touch. Errrr, seems like a waste of food for $4. Should have went to Safeway and saved time.

I am so pleased that this station is in our community. Their prices are reasonable compared to other gas stations around the neighborhood. They also fix problems that other stations failed to fix and something you may not find very often – cleanliness, honesty, kindness and professional customer service. The gas attendant Alex was super accommodating and took time out of a busy afternoon to assist with my payment transaction. His directions on using the pay at the pump system were precise and clear. I was amazed by his efficiency, promptness, patience, friendly attitude and the fact he was genuinely interested in helping not only myself but also other customers at the station. I’ll definitely come back to this location and recommend them for their reliability, honesty and generosity in helping clients. Thank you for having a great team member. Alex’s customer service is outstanding, second to none, and I will be a repeat customer as long as he’s available.

More pump 16 of them,new construction, price of the gas cheaper compared the other,more or less.
