The cashiers are always very nice, which is hard to come by at such a busy store.

Went to this Costco for a return... the line was insane.... I don't know if it's because I came on a Friday around 2:00pm... but the line took forever... BUT- the reason for this review is not because I love writing reviews. Its more to recognize the service I received... It's not often that I go to costco and I have extremely helpful people... this Costco however, has always been great. With the line being long, being tired, being annoyed that the line is too long... (lol) when it was finally my turn I was greeted with a big (happy to work here) smile... which you know what they say is contagious... Prado, I think that was his name, he was so helpful, so informative, and it didn't matter if there was a line behind us, he made sure to help me understand any future return questions I had. He seemed sincere and genuine about our quick convo about the Korean BBQ and that's what customers need after waiting in a long line... (yes still talking about that line) So shoutout to Prado (sorry if i got this name wrong) Cheers!

I 'm down in the Concord area visiting and my friend wanted to drop by Costco. Wow, this is a big store ... compared to the one in Redding. We found one product I just had to tell you about. Kirkland sous vide cooked pork belly! The meat is already cooked by heating in water sealed in a bag and then packed to sell. All you gotta do is heat it and brown. There are various ways to heat, grilling, pan frying or in the oven. NO, do not use a microwave! We tried heating on a gas BBQ and that worked OK, but I think the best is pan frying. Then we took those tasty slabs of meat and fat and put them in a Kings Hawaiian roll .... wow, was that good. The price isn't bad either, maybe about $7.49/lb, the box has about 2 lbs in it. If you're at Costco, check it out in the refrigerated deli section, not frozen.

I think you already know it's Costco I mean how could you go wrong this specific Costco has a big giant car parking lot and you can always park in the back if you can't find any parking in the front it's always well staffed and has a nice self checkout area don't forget to buy yourself a rotisserie chicken.

I have been going to costco for several years . Awesome job to the employees who have to put up with rude customers. People need to remember we are all affected by the pandemic and there's no need to be rude. These employees don't get paid enough to deal with your breakdowns or down right disrespect. I have approached many employees over the past two years and never had a rude encounter. Remember we all have bad days, we all can't turn off our home button when we walk into a store or our job. I read some of the reviews and because you had one bad experience you give them a lower rating- then don't go there, pay twice as much for items. Thank you costco for saving me money!!!

I was trying to return a Air Fryer and apparently the person who helped me ( Irene V. ) OP# 615 said that a rack was missing. When I bought it I didn't find any rack in the box. Why would I keep a rack?!?!? She was rude and said I can not have a refund. I am been a business card holder for years, and I can't believe that person was talking to us so rude and mean... Costco should pay attention who they are hiring lately.

I am a fan of Costco and been a solid customer of this branch for a good 8 years! Now everything is solid until you get to the checkout line, sometimes you can be disrespected by the people who are putting the items in the cart; where they give you hard time about you not unloading your cart fully, which is very unprofessional and managers should do a better job look over them!

I usually don't go to this Costco because it's ALWAYS busy and parking is crazy, but I ended up going here because it was nearby and my sis had to return something. After we returned the item we did a little shopping and my sis was looking for the almond sea salt chips if you haven't had them you are missing out. Well we didn't see them on the shelf so when we went to check out we asked the front desk to confirm they had them. They showed they had 100 in stock but apparently they were on a high plank preparing to be discontinued when I tell you they went above and beyond to get the chips they did an amazing job at the front end desk. Not my nearest go to Costco to frequent but they gave amazing customer service.

My beloved Costco, how do you only have three stars on Yelp? Before COVID and in the last year, I've shopped at this location on average once a month. For the uninitiated, please go to Google and look up what to buy at Costco. There are dedicated websites, chat groups/forums that talk about cool finds and good deals at Costco. I'm not going to go much in detail here, but I would say my go-to's are gas, rotisserie chicken, croissants, bagels, tomatoes, avocados, berries, sausages, pesto, milk, eggs, and flowers. The pricing and quality are good enough that I rarely get these items elsewhere. $4.99 for a 3 lb rotisserie chicken or a 12 pack of croissants. It's almost TOO cheap. If you're visiting from out of town, there are definitely hints of different cultures that shop at this store. Oxtail, pineapple cake/lunar new year seasonal things, bottles of bird's nest, ghee/naan/paneer, and gallon sized cans of menudo. If you're looking for big cuts of meat, they almost always have whole brisket and ribeye roasts. I just bought a two-pack of pork shoulders last week and that was massive. This particular location seems to also have more gardening items than other Costcos. It does get extremely busy at times, but I've never had issues with parking, whether it's next to the tire center or way in the back across the street from Re-Bath. They installed a bunch of self checkout lines which really speed up the checkout process (only exception is if you want to buy alcohol, then you have to go to normal checkout). I avoid the tire center at all costs, but I've been there on weekdays before open and it's usually not more than a handful of people waiting. The gas line can look intimidating during the day, but usually it's just one or two cycles of people for a set of 3 gas pumps. I haven't needed to interact with the staff much, but I have definitely done a handful of returns and quite a few price adjustments from new coupons or discounts and I didn't have any issues.

I have a Costco card and a Sams card. I prefer Sams club over Costco for four reasons. 1) Sams website will tell you if an item is carried and in stock at your local warehouse but Costco will not. 2) You can place an order online at Sams and pick it up at the local warehouse, but not at Costco. 3) Sams scan and go option is really great. You use their app on your phone in the store to scan the items you are purchasing, pay for them, then show it to the monitor at the door. No check out lines. 4) Lastly, Sams meat is a better quality than Costco. I only go to Costco if I can't find what I need at Sams which isn't often.
