This place is not the best there always closing the store 25 min before it even shows it closes. When you call there super rude and don’t care about the customer service aspects an I’ve done customer service for 15 years! If you want a store who doesn’t care or are rude then you got the best store!

Just left the store. Such a strange and aggressive clerk! My husband wanted to register a new phone and as he (husband) was trying to figure out the phone brand he told the clerk he didn’t know it, and if the clerk could just check the phone and the clerk yelled at him to “CALM DOWN. I CAN REFUSE YOU SERVICE!” I was so confused because no one was yelling or being weird until the clerk started yelling at us/my husband. My husband saw I got freaked out and he said “never mind, it’s fine” and we left in a hurry.

We stood in this store for 20 minutes and the clerk never even acknowledged us with a “I’ll be right with you”. Infuriating. I came with a friend who gets their service through Cricket and I will NEVER recommend this place

Every time I go here s*** a f****** disaster don't get cricket they're the weakest carrier I ever had. S*** this place down. The employees are bums they came to my restaurant and ran out f****** pathetic. I hope you read this you f****** bum. F*** this this place and the carrier. Metro way better and less hassle. Weakest customer service and trash in general. F*** CRICKET.

So, I went today at 5:45pm to try to pay my bill on the 1759 willow pass, and the guy there didn’t want to accept my bill. He said was closed. Not even was 6pm. Bad customer service.

I transferred my service from metro to cricket phone service 3months ago. I paid cash for my phone and now I'm with AT&T service and cricket says I need to have service with them for 6 months until they can unlock my phone! WTF I never heard that with my contract with them so now I am stuck with a phone that I paid cash for and can not use. I have AT&T service and now have to buy a phone. This is outrageous. They don't allow me to post unless I put at least one

They pushed me to buy phones they not let you think wish phone is best for you they ask me all the time so you want this phone or not they not explain what the difference between phones they not even give me a paper receipt saying for covid reasons but they are able to tuch my money when I paid thanks.

This store ripped me off for 162.00 went in to get phone activated and was talked into getting there service. Only reason went there was because my husband's phone decided he had to dial 925 for local calls. We have Consumer Cellular thru Target. He went there an said if can't fix it exchange it, the only flip phone the had was a Cricket, so that's why we went there to get it activated a stupidity agreed to change service. When all was said and done the clerk started to put sim card back in his phone and I asked so he won't have to dial925 anymore, clerk said oh know he will still have too. I said then you did nothing for us just cancel everything,he did then refused to give refund. By the way never pay cash for anything!!!! We tried to deal with corporate customer service 5 times and got lied to with each call,last being wait till Tuesday a supervisor will call and me you at store never happened!! Then got corporate email explaining in detail and lat email said a refund would be sent to address provided that was March 29 2021 nothing. Now a Small Claims suit is filed. Now I get a email to explain in detail again my complaint. My suggestion to you don't bother with this company!!!! Sincerely TKL

I got my new phone there a couple of months ago. There were two young ladies, I can't remember their names, but they were so helpful, helped me find the exact phone I was looking for. Tonight, I had a technical issue with my phone, and was in the neighborhood, stopped by, and Abraham very quickly helped me out, solved all my problems. Fantastic customer service. I'm very impressed with them. They have my highest recommendation.
