Place looks great online but once you get in it feels a bit dated and rooms although seemed clean could use some updating. I believe I saw some signage that Marriot was taking over property so I’m sure upgrades will come down the road.

Old spring mattresses where you can feel the old ass springs and they’re hard/sinking in . Also the room smells like old dust. Kinda dirty. TVs are not smart, old ass channels only. Think of an old motel that’s kinda smelly. I’d spend 65$ MAX a night. That’s what it’s worth.

Checked in
1. Was told one price for deposit another
done.
2. Couldn't use stuff they were renovating.
3. Upon check out front desk staff acting
like they didn't want to be at work. Asked
for receipt to be sent to email. ( It took 4
phone cals for this to be done and had
two staff raise their voices like asking a
question was irritating them. Kept getting
my name wrong. Asked me to spell it. Did
so and said myemail info wrong, when
brought to their attention it wadn't correct
got an attitude. Very unprofessional.
4. Called them again to find out why the hold on deposit funds only released $20.96 from a $120.96 hold minus $48.00 for 3 days parking. Lady yelled at me stating ask your bank, she only showed a $100 deposit( which was not listed on my receipt but have record of that us $20.96 taken upon arrival. I will never ever stay at this place again and will inform my family and friends of the treatment received upon my stay there
Beds too soft kept sinking into it. Left with back hurting

I'm really surprised this hotel isn't rated over three stars. It would not take much to make it a four-star hotel!

Checked in and we were sent to the end of the property. Noticed a smoke smell in our room and marijuana smell in the hallway. Asked the front desk if we could get a room in the atrium and she didn’t even try and told us no. We booked the room 6 weeks in advance. Called the front dest the next morning to say do you allow marijuana smoking in the rooms? She was like no, but it reeked of marijuana all through the hallway. It stayed that way our whole visit. No change in our room or the smell of marijuana in the hallway. We stayed for 3 days and won’t be back. Good luck. You pay for a hotel but get a motel experience…

Horrible horrible horrible customer service for airport users. Absolutely go somewhere else. Was scolded for trying to enter the rear of the building with a bunch of luggage in 110 heat (coming from the airport side). After being scolded I was told I have to walk all the way around the large building to the front. I asked if someone could please open the rear door since I had a lot of luggage and was scolded again. Also they don't honor the airport parking validation that is POSTED ON THE SIGN ON THEIR PROPERTY AS YOU ENTER FROM THE AIRPORT. UNBELIEVABLE! RUDE AND INCOMPETENT. I can't remember ever experiencing customer service this bad.

Had a great time until I had to deal with the woman at the front desk in the morning ? I discovered she had not released my deposit back yet and boy was she spicy about it ??

The location is the only good thing I would say about the hotel. A group of us that travel for work have been staying here. One guy had bed bugs in his room and was told by staff to wash his clothes on his own time after working 12 hours a day and they will reimburse him. Another guy had a/c issues moved rooms and they put another one of our employees in the same room which had a/c issues. There are roaches in rooms.
When I called the hotel to ask why one of our employees had to wash his own clothes after working our shifts if we didn’t bring the bugs with us from Texas I was told that we couldn’t use their washers and dryers because they were too busy. He could put the clothes in himself and get them out himself. Housekeeping leaves at a certain time every day. They don’t work 24/7. Other hotels that we have traveled to have allowed us when they have washer and dryer issues. This was worse than washer and dryer issues. Eventually after we all were about to just check out he was informed that night that he could use their washer and dryer. It shouldn’t come to such measures.
On weekends they throw events so good luck trying to get sleep. People smoke weed in the parking lot and leave their bottles and trash on the ground. Then they’re playing loud music and causing a ruckus outside of your windows. They have security sometimes but that obviously doesn’t stop any of that from going on or else it wouldn’t go on for the length that it does.
If you’re just stopping through for a night, not a problem. But since we have had to stay here the last three months I’ve had enough of it all. Then you have gates with keycards to get in and out of the parking lot and half of the time they don’t even work. The employees say the system always has issues. This is my first time in California. I guess this is normal here? Amazing first impression of the state. Of course that’s sarcasm.

Please do not underestimate this hotel. Do pass it by. The rooms are comfy and modern, carpeted, as are the hallways. The fitness center looks like a gym you could pay $50.00 per month to work out in. the patio is pristine. It's next to the airport, and that makes it a remote hotel. I would drive out to Concord just to stay at this hotel, and I am from Los Angeles, CA. Its not a $500.00 per night hotel, by all means, but if you are on a budget, this hotel gives you the $500.00 amenities for a lot, lot less.
I know what I am telling you. Do not pass it up. A guy that has stayed at $1000.00 per night hotels around the world and the USA is telling you this.

we had an engagement party event in the atrium. Everything was good but it was so hot, felt like air-conditioning was not working at all.

The rooms were fine. Nothing spectacular. There was a wedding going on and I had to walk through it to get to the room, so that was inconvenient.

Excited for the planned change when this location switches over to apart of the Marriott/Fairfield Inn family that they have signs up about. Since changing from being Crown Plaza hotel the place has slowly gone down hill. Cupboards on the bar area in some rooms are just plywood. Towels are no longer available at the pool but rather over at the check in counter. No more pool furniture so nowhere except one little bench to put your stuff on along with everyone else's stuff who is at the pool. We come specifically for the pool, it's indoors with a hot tub open 365 days a year and it is a nice addition to the beautiful indoor atrium type lobby they have there with live plants and previously lots of koi (koi gone, saw 1 fish, maybe they had to reestablish a healthy environmental for em) but with that said EWW c'mon on now, I've included the only photo I took bcuz we'll just ewww. There was puddles that are obviously long standing, probably always there but filled with green and black muck/algae. It's not hard to maintain the pool deck when you're supposed to be maintaining the water daily, those puddles should be squeegeed away nightly and never there long enough to grow stuff, again just ewww. My last trip particularly, along with this puddle observation was a bit difficult for all since it was extremely hot in Concord. With that being said I was shocked to walk into check in to find it was hot in there too, where's the AC. Not their fault but there was a peer outage for 3+ hours just before dark, everything was hot, no escape, the pool was even hot so there went that comfort and it was dark, lobby had glow sticks but none for guest to use. I don't like to complain and like I said not their fault. The icing on the cake to this difficult stay was the next day when checking out I needed to combine my reservation I had that night so I would not have to leave room by noon then check into another one which the awesome evening ladies said was easy, I just had to fix keys and combine when I'm supposed to check out from first reservation. Well that didn't go smooth. Heads up, even when booking on their website apparently it is still 3rd party. I had accidentally reserved only one night being Wednesday but after confirmation I noticed I didn't add Tuesday some how so I made a second reservation being the first night we needed to stay actually. I told the day lady Seroja what I needed to do and she said no problem except now she wants me to sign something like I'm checking in as a new guest and not with a reservation. She said there was no reservation which left me completely confused bcuz I made the 2nd nights reservation first so how did the other one go through but not both when I have both confirmations in my hand? I told her I booked through their website and not a 3rd party so she asked for the confirmation number, the moment I said the first number she shut down saying that's not their reservation numbers and that they all start with the same number. She wouldn't even look at my phone. I also saw the 2 charges from my reservations on my bank statement, again she would not look at my phone. I was so upset and confused but in a hurry to meet up with family I just signed and left. I currently don't have a 3rd charge thankfully so somehow that all worked itself out but oh man what a way to drop the ball on Customer Service. I was calm and kind, she was also calm but very dry and blah. The fact she wouldn't even look at anything I was trying to show her was so rude, if she even just entertained me once with looking at it she would have shown interest even if she had none instead of off putting body language and a could care less attitude I wouldn't have felt so bothered about the whole exchange

Rooms: Stains in the room, on the toilet, carpet and curtains
Walkability: Its a giant maze, you need to keep walking and walking in loops if you mess up a direction
Noteworthy details: They gave us the worst room, stains on the carpet and curtains.
