visited this CVS pharmacy today as I do shop here periodically. There were two new ladies working who I had never seen before, both seemed like managers. Both of the checkstand's were closed and they were directing everyone to the self check out. Several people left the store because of it and when I asked if they were closing the checkout lanes, she did not even look at me and very condescending said no. Of course, when my items did not scan, she had to say three separate times. " Oh, it's only popcorn. This never happens."They were continually using almost scripted, kind verbiage, but never looking anyone in the eye, almost like they were trying to make everything look perfect when in reality, they were changing everything in that store by not allowing the checkstand to be open.I thought it was just me, but when I saw people leaving, I realized something was wrong here. I will try them one more time hoping that check stands will be open as they should be.I thought it was just me, but when I saw people leaving, I realized something was wrong here. It's OK to have self check out as long as there is always a checker available for those who don't Wish do use self check out.

This pharmacy is terrible. Zero communication and very unhelpful. They tell you one thing and do the complete opposite. I'll be moving my scripts to another pharmacy and I suggest you do the same.

I asked the pharmacy if they had any clariton-d on August 26th at 1:30 pm. They said they did but they close at 2:00 pm and didn't have time to help me. I walked away and looked at my phone and it was 1:30 pm! Why couldn't they help me? There was one customer in line when I asked about the clariton-d. Very bad customer service here! I went to Walgreens pharmacy and they helped me right away. The clerk at Walgreens was so nice and had a smile on her face. I will be going to Walgreens in the future!

The worst! Last week I made an appointment for my second HepB vaccine, and when I got here at CVS Treat Blvd., they told me that I was two days early for it. I totally understand the policy. They told me to come back next time, anytime, and they'll accommodate me even without an appointment. Well, I did today, a week after, and this lady at the counter, who was not accommodating at all with her attitude, told me, "We're busy now; come back next time!" How rude!?! I stayed for like 10 minutes and watched her. She was not busy at all. Great! By the way, she's the pharmacist named Kim! I like the CVS store, and their staff are super nice and friendly, but not the pharmacy, their pharmacist, to be specific. Maybe, Kim, you should learn from the people around you within the CVS store and pharmacy how to be NICE. Be KIND, always. Bless your heart.

The stores not bad, most of the clerks are nice. But the pharmacy is horrible. They always try to tell me I don't have insurance. I actually have excellent insurance. Then they tell me they can't find me because my name is spelled wrong. I've give them my correct name 5 times but they never fix it the system. Service is awful. They lied to me and told me my Doctor spelled my name wrong, but it was clear in my paperwork that it was spelled correctly by my Doctor it was them and they didn't want to own up to the mistake. They frequently lose my prescriptions and make up all kinds of excuses. They are the worst! I wish I could go somewhere else, but Cigna only uses CVS.

Just tired of having to wait 30, 35 minutes to pick up my prescriptions having only one person on Pick Up but CVS must be saving money and making money by not having adequate number of employees to serve customers, talking service and CVS is an oxymoron

If you want CVS to honor their cosmetic return policy, skin care Is not covered. I have never returned a cosmetic but I bought EvenTone Super Glow Serum for $21.79. It smelled so bad, I washed it off and still couldn't get rid of the smell. The gal in training couldn't find it in their register (she asked if I bought it there tho it showed on my receipt that she sold it to me)so I went and got it off the shelf. The trainer said it was returnable but now there are 5 people in line at the one register that was functioning. I waited and Gal in training still can't pull it up. So I provide the box. And now the 'manager' shows up to say that it's not a cosmetic, it's skin care and not returnable. She points out the very small print and long return policy on display. I ask if she can provide a store credit and she firmly says NO. I am in this store almost every week and grew up in this area so shopped there back when it was Longs...but no more.

I always go to this CVS pharmacy because it's the closest to where I live.Some of their pharmacy staff are so helpful except for Shirley. Shirley doesn't have a good customer service skill. She needs to learn how to listen to customers. She cannot talk all the time while the customer is talking. This happened more than once.I hope her supervisor educate her on how to treat and listen to a customer .

This CVS completely let me down, not only were they out of everything I needed but the customer service provided to me to assist me finding alternative items was absolutely awful. I was shocked to find out the CVS was out of multiple essential items. It's incredibly frustrating and inconvenient especially when relying on them for specific products. The lack of inventory management and restocking left me disappointed and questioning their ability to meet customer needs.The fact that they were out of items that I needed, combined with unhelpful customer service, made it clear that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction. Until they addressed these issues and improve their inventory and management and customer service I cannot recommend the CVS to anyone.

Very unsatisfied I ordered melatonin 10mg online. I went to pick it up and it was the wrong one. I then contacted the store manager and I was told that couldn't happen I then went back to the store to show her then she td me that it was just new packaging but it wasn't it's not even the same milligrams it was 4mg. So not only did the store manager not know anything about the product in her store she then tried to play me as stupid and i didnt know what i was talking about after proving to her that it was their fault. I will not be going back and i will let everyone I know that as well.

Walked in to pick up a prescription at 8 pm and they refused to let me pick it up even though they close at 8 pm and they were fully staffed. How inconvenient.

The dude and I came to this CVS Pharmancy on Christmas Day 2021 as he needed last minute gifts for his little cousins. We were surprised how fully stocked this place was especially on Christmas Day! Their holiday aisle was still fully loaded!They had plethora of awesome gifts available and even alcohol gifts. The dude and I were so tempted to get their Kahlúa gift set as it was literally only $20 which is a steal in my opinion! Wish we snagged it.It was pretty busy inside and they were totally enforcing their MASK policy. So wear one or they can't ring you up. I heard staff say that to a few customers which I think they just forgot to put it on.The store was clean, organized and staff was friendly. I always sign up for any awards program as you get deals! I had so many coupons here for CVS but left them at the hotel :( ugh but that's okay.The lines were long but it moved fast. We did but Trulys here which they were decently priced no complaints.Overall, love CVS in my opinion they have better selections of items than their competitors Walgreens. Would definitely be back. Oh yah! Staff was friendly and warm. Impressed with this location!
