This is certainly a fun novelty treat and it's a great one-time thing to get for kids, but the reality is dippin' dots don't actually taste very good. They lack flavor and are truly more of a novelty and an actual dessert.

I came here for the first time in 2 years to redeem my free birthday dippin dots. I wish I caught the guy's name who was working at the time (it was a Saturday afternoon) because his customer service was so amazing! All I could remember was that he had dark hair and glasses, but he was so nice and greeted me happy birthday.

Closes at 9 but the girl working tonight shut everything down by 8:45 because she "had to clean everything"... it's a small booth, shouldn't take that long. Plus she had four boys standing around her just chatting it up. Check the cameras. We promised our toddler ice cream before we left the mall and ended up getting it elsewhere. I'm pretty sure the mall has a rule that stores need to be open until the mall closes at 9. Just upsetting because it takes 20 seconds to serve a cup of Dippin' Dots and she wouldn't even accommodate.

We came all the way to the mall specifically to get my niece and nephew dippin dots for the first time and no one was at the kiosk. We waited for almost half an hour. We called a number and they said that they were in storage getting more product, and it would be max 15 mins but we had waited way longer than that, and it was 12pm on a Monday, during peak hours. We ended up just leaving in disappointment. The kids were very disappointed.

Favorite place to get ice cream BUTTT BEWARE OF THEIR SPOONS!! They cut your lip!! I got two cuts.
