My husband was looking at a bike here and had been in contact with Lennon a few times. Right off the bat, he's very friendly, helpful and professional. We came to do a test ride, and the process was extremely smooth and easy. They give you options for your test ride, and one of those is to ride on your own for up to 30 minutes. Seems pretty lenient to me! It's a great way to know if you're a good fit with the bike before committing to buy it. Lennon was proactive and looked up how much the taxes would be for us to give a more accurate price as well. The other person I want to point out is Matt. He was such a friendly guy. I had my 3 year old and 4 month old daughter with me when we were waiting and he brought my 3 year old a BMW bear stuffed animal. It's such a nice stuffed animal, I bet it's like $40-50. And he gave it to her just out of the kindness of his heart, and also because he said he heard she liked motorcycles (which she does!). They are both very kind and if we had to interact with them more, I'm sure it would be a breeze. Finally, the dealership as a whole is very large, clean, nicely laid out. It's behind the Hobby Lobby, kinda hidden, but has a nice large parking lot, and once you know where it is, it's easy in and out. All around a great experience!

I owned a Fully MODIFIED 2020 Ducati Panigale V4 25° Anniversario 916.I installed SC-Project WSBK Full Titanium exhaust further customized with Termignoni Silencers. So I need the ECU to be upgraded with the Ducati Official Akrapovic Full System Exhaust Up-Map which only can be performed by official Ducati Dealer. I also want to add the DTC EVO2 software to further optimized the traction during track use.I start my research by emailing several Ducati Dealership in the Bay Area, Becki Moreno, The Service Business Development Manager from Ducati Concord was the first to respond back to me and quickly provide me with a quote by email. Not only Becki provide me with the fastest response, she also was very friendly, provide all the information that I asked in details and also provide the best quote (both software and service cost) compare to other dealership.Not to mention Ducati Concord is the only dealership that offer pick up from your home by their Mercedes Sprinter Van service. This is perfect because my bike is a "Display Only bike" with only 4 miles on the odometer, so I don't have to arrange transport myself.Then Becki introduce me to Mario Lopez, the Service Dept. Director at Ducati Concord. Mario further provide me with more information, on how the Software upgrading procedure will be and take notes of all my extra requests due to customization level of my bike. Mario basically provide me with the feeling that my bike is in great professional hand.At the agreed date, Marco their Van Transporter Driver called me in the morning, giving me real time update on when he will arrive at my house to pick up my bike. Marco arrived on time, have great friendly personality, and also a motorcycle enthusiast. Please note that Marco is a young person but have the great personality and attitude that is usually not found with a person at his age. He took great care of my bike when he secure it on his van and off my bike go.Later, Renee from their head office called me to confirm that my bike arrived and also ask me for final confirmation to all the service that I agreed.The following day, Renee again called me to let me know all service had been done and to get my payment information. Renee is also very pleasant to talk too and super nice.A day later, Josh is the Van Transporter Driver for delivering the bike back to my home. Like Marco, he called in the morning and also have some great personality as Marco. It's feel like Josh is the Twin Great Personality of Marco.In summary, I never felt treated as good as this with every service dept. Car or Motorcycle I had been to. Ducati Concord Service Dept. level of customer service is even better than at Porsche/Lexus/BMW/Mercedes/Infiniti dealerships that I deal in the past.I greatly recommend anyone in the Bay Area to give Ducati Concord a chance to service your Ducati.Thank You Becki, Mario, Marco, Renee and Josh. I really appreciate and so happy to see my dashboard now shows Racing EVO and Race EVO each time I started my bike :-)

Lennon was able to answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable on what I was looking for. These guys don’t just ride casually most of them ride daily, and understand the little things around the Bay. These guys are also honest, without being rude. Not to mention these guys have the best price, and service around The Bay. They don’t have the best selection in bikes and gear, but what they have is defiantly worth your time, and if your willing to wait sometimes they can get it for you. Also depending on the bike, one of the only places I found that would let you test ride the bike you’re looking for. The sales staff also kept me informed on every aspect of my purchase, and didn’t see any surprises.

I had a great experience working with the guys at Ducati Concord when buying my 2021 Panigale V4. There was no pressure, and the staff was super-friendly. I was there for a few hours, but felt welcome, and had great conversations with them, and other customers. I highly recommend coming here first if you are interested in buying a Ducati. Thanks Lennon and Sam, and Marco!

I took my 2021 Ducati Multistrada to Ducati of Concord because I was having a warranty issue that I needed help sorting out. Mario, the service director there, was extremely helpful. Mario took the time to listen to my concern, throughly investigated the issue, showed me what they did, and made sure I was happy with the work. I also spent some time talking with some of the people on the sales team while I was waiting for my bike to be serviced and they were all very knowledgeable and helpful. They were putting the finishing touches on their new showroom and it is very nice. They had some cool bikes to check out while I was waiting for my bike to be serviced. I cannot say enough good things about the service department at Ducati of Concord after my first experience there. Even though I live quite far from them, I intend to continue having my Ducati serviced there.

Best service department hands down!!! Jake is an especially great service advisor to work with! He listens very well and doesn't interrupt my explanations, he proactively calls with updates and communicates frequently. I'm never left guessing on the status of my bike and he keeps me well informed every step of the way! Mechanics are excellent and flexible to work with my aftermarket parts as well! All dealerships should model their service department after these folks!!

The worst experience ever, where I tried to buy a motorcycle! The Manager of this place has been rude with no sense . Sam has been kindly but then he left us . Steve has been like the one who sells tickets outside the stadium . At the end just because I offered $1500 less of the list price ( used motorcycle) CASH they practically took us out of the shop.We were shocked after this experience ... with no sense . Don’t go there with cash !

What can I say about a fabulous experience with this dealership. My experience with Samual Rivera and team,(Stephen and Ben) was excellent. I originally walked in to order new helmets for a new bike purchase I was about to make elsewhere. The only reason I didn't consider Concord Ducati was that they didn't have the Scrambler I wanted,(or thought I wanted)in stock. After ordering the helmets, Sam asked me about my riding experience and if I had ridden that style of motorcycle before, which I had not. My experience is in sportbikes,(4 GSXR 1000s 1 Hayabusa). Later I came with my wife and kids to try a similar Scrambler out. I tried 3 bikes that day and completely changed my mind on which bike was right for me. Sam not only saved me from buying a motorcycle I would not have enjoyed, I walked away purchasing a 2021 Ducati Diavel 1260. I didn't feel like I was dealing with a salesman or sales dept. They treat you like a valued customer as soon as you need assistance. Not only did they take care of me then, I forgot that I had previously ordered helmets that would NOT work well for my new bike. Again the parts team with Sam and Stephen, helped me out and we came to a reasonable solution for new orders on 2 different helmets. If I continue to receive treatment like this, They have a customer for life! Thank you Concord Ducati!

Lennon and Steve in sales are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in making the entire shopping experience a pleasure. Ben in parts also goes the extra mile to get anything you may need.
