I just wanted to say how pleased I was with my recent service call from Eric's Computers. I needed to synchronize a new modem/router with my desktop and was amazed with their rapid response. They rearranged Kirk's schedule so he could be out at my place within an hour . Kirk was friendly and knowledgeable and helped tune up the computer and answer my questions. It's reassuring to know that there are businesses out there who still care about the customer and provide quality service at a reasonable price. I recommend them highly.

These men are really friendly! They put up with me calling multiple times about my laptop lol - They gave me updates and worked quick. They give quality service and are friendly people all round! I will use them again in the future for my computer problems because not only did they fix what I needed fixed but they went up and beyond and I noticed that some other issues my laptop was having seemingly went away.... :D

I just had a scary computer issue here at my home desk. I have a new computer. I used Eris's Computers to transfer the old info to the new one. I must mention I am not experienced with computers.I panicked a little bit but then I called Eric's Computers. I spoke to Julian. What a nice guy! He told me what to do and in seconds I was on my way. They really do a wonderful job of helping people. I am so grateful.

I have used Eric's computer service for a number of years. I am 87 years young and don't have a lot of computer knowledge. I do use my computer daily to check stocks, e-mails, purchases, and the latest news. The few times I have needed service, I have used Eric's computers and have been very satisfied. Richard Schuman

My laptop got broken and I took it to this place. Julian was very professional and friendly. He was honest when he said that he can't fix my laptop, and even gave me the contacts of the company which might be able to fix it. Highly recommend him

Wonderful service and work performed quickly. I was able to drop of my computer on Saturday morning and pick it up a couple of hours later. This company is excellent and priced lower than the competitors.

I was impressed but the ability to accommodate me with a next day appointment. Once the technician (the owner) arrived I immediately showed him my son's gaming PC and explained the problem- no video output. After about 10 minutes he came down qnd said he would need to take it to the shop for a diagnosis which would 2-3 days. Needless to say, we came to an agreement that I should look for service another place. I ended calling another place, they came out fixed the problem in 5 minutes and it was done.
